On 6/3/24, I went online and made a purchase with company. I notice that I didn't receive a tracking confirmation, but I assumed it was just a delay. After sending them messages the last couple of days with no response I felt this was the only option especially since I saw other consumers saying they experienced the same as I have. There was ample communication on the shipping status, and they finally arrived on 6/11/24. I tried them on and immediately knew that I would need to return. I went to their return policy page and emailed the address that they specified. I didn't get a reply. Since then I have emailed them four additional times to both that specified email and an additional email of theirs with no reply. It specifies in their published return policy that they need to receive the return within 14 days. Unfortunately I cannot get them to answer me. I would like a full refund asap. On 5/31/24 I ordered from HeyShape.Order #*******. Immediately after order was placed I sent and email to cancel order because I ordered the wrong size. They didn't cancel. 6/13 received products and put through a return to exchange for smaller size. No answer from company. 6/14 emailed again and no answer from company. 6/15 I emailed again and got a return saying my email could not be delivered to this email address. It was a return email from the email they sent to me. There is no other way to communicate with this company.Initial Complaint

I purchased and then returned two items to Heyshape. I used their return procedures and acquired a return authorization. The items were received by Heyshape on 6/3/24. I paid for two bodysuits -- they were way too large and I contacted the company for a refund. They agreed to a refund and sent me a **** shipping label. I sent the items back and tracked it to see it was delivered to an individual on May 24, 2024. They have not refunded money and will not respond to any of my emails. They have no phone #. Order number ****** Ordered two HeyShape shapewear. I only received one item. I have been emailing over and over and no one will address the issue. They respond with sending a picture of the item I did receive. Then claim they missed my email response. Then suddenly they say its in tracking. I have all emails for proof of required. I simply asked for the missing piece to be sent asap. No one wants to cooperate. Instead they draw the situation out and dance around the problem and refuse to cooperate. I placed an order on May 9th for four items during the buy one get one free sale; ordered two items and two items were free. My items were delivered on May 18th, however, I only received three items instead of the four items I ordered. Immediately sent an email out to customer service on May 18th providing information of which item I was missing, did not get a response until May 22nd at 11:55pm EST. Responding to the email on May 23rd with five images of everything I received and the packaging. Received no response in a week, reached out on an update on May 28th, one week later still no response and reached out again on June 6th. I am missing a Snatched Shapewear Bodysuit out of the items I ordered, I request an item to be shipped out to resolve the issue or if it cannot be a refund for this entire order. All images that were provided to your customer service rep ******** are attached.
