    I ordered two bodysuits on 5-26-24 for a total of $48.15. I did not receive these items until 6-5-24. Upon receiving them I was very dissatisfied with the items and wanted to return them. 6-6-24 I emailed the email address provided on the website for returns to get information to return the product. 6-18-24 I again emailed the same email address asking why no one was responding to me. 6-20-24 An agent emailed me back about my request and offered me a partial refund or an exchange. I made it very clear in my initial email why I wanted to return the product for a full refund. On their website it clearly states that if youre not satisfied with the product for any reason, you can get a full refund. I replied sending a screenshot of this and said I wanted a full refund. I have yet to get a response and it is now 6-24-24.I just want to return the items so that I can get a refund. This has been a complete nightmare and it has been almost a month since ordering!

    I been dealing with this company since 06/03/24 because my order was missing the apartment number and they sent it back to sender. Then on 06/08/24 it was sent received by them. On 06/10/24 after getting an email to update my address which I did I received an email saying they will going to be reshipping my package the. Then I got another on 06/13/24 stating the same thing that they will reship my package. Until today I have not received a new tracking number or any other email telling me whats the delay. And I been checking my email daily more than 4 times per day and nothing bot even on the spam. But I been emailing them daily as well. I even reached out thru their Instagram page via DM and nothing. At this point I just want my refund because I don't trust them as a company anymore. My order number is: #****** for $49.00. I attached all the emails exchange.

    I purchased two HeyShape bodysuits on June 1, taking advantage of a sale the company was having. I was interested in the product. It arrived on June 15. In the time between the order and its delivery, I had an appointment with my doctor who strongly advised not to use products like this due to the impact they can have on core muscles and strength over time, and that they are unhealthy for women at my age (43) to use and may actually cause negative health effects over time. I emailed HeyShape immediately upon receiving the items and asked to return them unopened. I sent three emails over a week and received a response on June 21, offering me a 20% refund or to exchange the product for a different size. This is the link to their return/refund policy - ************************************************************. I responded to HeyShape's email also on June 21 asking for a full refund and so far have received no reply. I am attempting to return the products using the company's policy but it is very challenging as they are not responsive in a timely manner. I will return the items to HeyShape tomorrow, but there is no return form provided in the envelope, nor is there a packing slip. The reason I am filing the complaint is that the company is not meeting its own refund/return policy in emails and is not responsive in a timely manner. Thank you.

    I saw a social media ad about these shapewear and I unfortunately fell for it . I saw the saleAnd purchased two shape wear pieces . When they arrived they were very think and nothing like what was advertised. The material was scratchy and the items were way too small ; absolutely not true to size . I reached out to customer service several times through multiple outlets ( social and email) I finally heard back and they only offered a 20% return and keep the products or an exchange . They boast online that they are customer service friendly and returns before 14 days . When I told them I wanted my money back and return the product I was ghosted . Never heard back. Im out 60$ and the are running the window of the pretend return down . I want my full refund and if they are now claiming due to the nature of the intimacy of the product they dont do returns as they stated on all their online things then Im not paying to ship some thing back that they supposedly dont want back because of safety reasons so I want a full refund immediately

    I placed an order for 2 pieces of "shapewear" on sale for a whopping $52.92 USD on 5/26/24. When it finally arrived to me from ***** on 6/10/24, I tried on one of the items and was unsatisfied. As their website states, you are able to return the items for a refund within 14 days of receipt of your order. I sent my first email to their customer service *********************************** on 6/13/24. No response for days, so I sent a follow-up on 6/15/24, and I CC'd their other customer service email **************************************** Then sent another follow-up on Monday 6/17/24 as I still did not hear back. I also reached out on Instagram business chat asking for assistance and have not received any assistance that way. Seems a lot like they're ignoring me on purpose because they don't want to give me my money back for their subpar and overpriced product.

    I purchased two items from this company. The items arrived after a very lengthy time. Once received, I realized they didn't suit my needs and went to their website to start a return and refund. I was notified that I could choose between a partial refund and keeping the items or pay the shipping to return the items and receive a refund for the items. I chose the latter and created and paid for a shipping label with **** I attached the label and shipped the two items back within the return date timeline. I was informed by *** that my parcel had arrived and was signed for by an employee at HeyShape at the shipping address I was given to ship it back. After several fruitless & frustrating exchanges via email (there is no phone number to contact the company) I have yet to receive a refund. They are asking for tracking numbers, and I have sent them the screenshots from *** of the date and time the parcel arrived at their warehouse & of the signature of the employee who received it. I still haven't heard back or received my money.

    This is to inform you that I have received a refund confirmation email from HeyShape regarding my return of their products. I have also received an email from PayPal notifying me that the funds are on the way and will be posted and available to my account by June 25th. 

    Thank you very much for promptly resolving this matter on my behalf.  As a consumer in this time of fraud and scams, its comforting to know businesses are being held accountable by organizations such as the BBB.

    I have requested a refund of my purchase well in the amount of time required. The company has offered a 35% refund even though their website states 100% with return of the item(s). I pointed out the policy and have not heard back from the company in 2 days. My return window is coming to an end and I have not been given the opportunity to refund my items

    I ordered during a buy one, get one free sale, 2 bodysuits. They are nothing like advertised and even though they are the same size, one is too big and one is too small. The company claims there are free returns and exchanges, and directs you to a webpage to file for a return/ exchange. That webpage says it is no longer active and to contact them @ ************************************** I contacted them 10 days ago with no response so contacted them again via email. Now it says that the email address is no longer valid and the message is undeliverable. There is no contact phone number and I believe this company is running a scam. Very disappointing based on how many positive reviews that were out there.

    I purchased these items and when I received it I requested a return and full refund. It took 1 week for the representative to respond. I have emailed several times and each time the representative has not provided me with the return address or instructions. They keep sending me discounts for a partial refund. I dont want a partial refund. I want a full refund and return.

    I made a purchase on May 28, 2024 from Hey shape. This would be my 2nd purchase. It was a sale buy 2 get 3 free for memorial day! I really like the product so I couldnt pass up this sale! I recieved my order June 8th but only the 2 of the 5 items purchased were in the bag 1 Med and 1 Small. I did not get the 3 other size small bodysuits. I've sent several emails and no response. Their site says 24hr response time. It's been a week. All I want is what I was promised but looking at their FAQ this seems to be an issue people not getting their "free" items. The disclaimer says if you didn't add them to your cart then you don't get the free items, fair enough! I added the items I have the confirmation email. I would like the 3 others delivered please
