I ordered two bodysuits from HeyShape on 6/25/24. I paid $41 +tax. The items arrived on July 5 and were too big. I immediately emailed the support email requesting a return and stated the reasons. I had to email them five times to get a response and even wrote a poor review because of their lack of response. Because of the poor review, I finally got an email reply telling me that the only choices I had were to exchange the product or to get a 20% refund, I replied saying nowhere in the return policy did it state that the return is a partial return and I copied and shared their return policy with them Since then, I have heard nothing and there is only a 14 day return period. Which leads me to believe theyre waiting for the 14 days so they can say I cannot return the items anymore. I simply want to return the items for a full refund.Initial Complaint

I made a purchase from HeyShape on May 12. I followed their return policy instructions. Tracking number for the return is 9434 6361 0602 3128 3757 99. I have multiple back and forth with them about the refund, provided all the information. I still have the receipt from ***** it is very light now though since it's been so long, but I could contact them to see if they can print a new one. The last three emails I've sent to them they have not responded. I still need my refund since I've sent all the items back.Initial Complaint

I ordered on May 26th their product and it was delivered on June 8th 2024. It doesn't fit and I tried to return it July 10, I was then told I needed to return it in 2 weeks of delivery. When you type in return policy on their website nothing comes up. On May 8th I ordered from Heyshape two body suits. Waiting nearly a month for my order, it finally arrived and i immediately requested a return for refund on May 31st. According to **** tracking, the returned parcel was returned on June 7th, 1:23 pm. I have since repeatedly requested a refund. They repeatedly give excuses as to why its taking so long, such as that I have a dispute against them with ******, which is blocking the refund process, expect I dont have a dispute against them.Initial Complaint

On two separate orders, I had an issue and requested both an exchange of size and refund. I heard back from an ***** in customer support for the first request stating that they were processing my request and if I didnt hear anything in 24 hours to contact back, which I did and then heard nothing back for well over a week now. Never acknowledging my refund request either. Their refund policy says you have 14 days to request which has definitely expired for m initial order and will expire soon for the second. I just want to return these Ill-fitting bodysuits that are falsely advertised as shape wear.Initial Complaint

I am well within their established return window, yet they are refusing to issue me a full refund for a defective product. Ordered two items, received them and they didnt meet my expectations so I want to return them.Concerning their Refund Policy, their website states if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or a free size exchange.To request a return, I needed to reach out to them by e-mail via ********************************* I had to literally spam them almost every day because I had no response or an agent that didnt understand my request I finally got another answer giving me two options: 1- Partial Refund: Receive a 20% refund and retain the product.2- Size Exchange This is false advertisement as they mention on their website that I can return the product for a full refund. I purchased a couple of items on the website however ended up not liking the product. The only way to process a return is via email. I emailed about the returns the same day I received my order. Their website states full refund within 14 days of delivery. The returning process has been awful. Ive gotten only a couple responses back that offer only partial refunds (20% or 35%) or exchanging for something else. I have asked multiple times for the full refund and have stated that full refunds are written in black and white on their website. My request keeps getting ignored. It has now been almost 2 weeks of emailing the company to get a full return and I have not heard anything.Initial Complaint

The company return policy states in TWO places that they issue a full refund for any reason. When I received my items I found that the product does not fit as advertised/expected so I requested a refund. They reached out saying they will only give a 20% refund. It does not state anywhere on the website about partial refunds. Had I known there was a risk of spending $45 but only getting $9 back if I wasnt satisfied, I NEVER wouldve ordered the product.Initial Complaint

I ordered a product from this company and requested a return label the same day I received my order. I have sent an email every day since the date of receipt 06/20/2024 and have not received my return label. This company only provides a 14 day return according to their website. They are purposely ignoring my requests in an effort to delay my return window and not provide me my refund. I do not want these items and would like a full refund for my purchase.
