    On June 16, 2025, I placed an order with HeyShape totaling $64.46 for two items, which I received on June 30. On July 2, I contacted HeyShape to initiate a return and refund due to a poor fit on both items.On July 3, HeyShape responded stating that, due to hygienic reasons, they prefer issuing store credit instead of accepting returns. I agreed to store credit on July 6, and on July 8, I was told that their finance team was processing it.After following up on July 17, I received an email on July 19 confirming that $59 in store credit had been issued to my account and was given login instructions. However, when I attempted to use the credit on July 29, my account showed no store credit available. I emailed them that same day, and their reply stated that my refund was currently being processed and I would receive a confirmation upon completionthis contradicted their previous statement about the store credit already being issued.I emailed again on July 30, expressing confusion and pointing out the ongoing delay. I also requested a higher store credit amount due to the inconvenience. On August 1, HeyShape replied, apologizing for the confusion and stating that the store credit was still being processedbut did not address the previously mentioned refund or acknowledge my request regarding an increased credit.On August 1, I sent a final notice informing them that if the store credit was not issued by August 11, I would file a complaint with the BBB. As of today, August 11, I have received no further response, no store credit, and no refund.This issue has now been ongoing for over a month, despite clear communication on my part and multiple confirmations from HeyShape. I am seeking the full refund of $64.46, I no longer want any items from HeyShape. I have included copies of all email correspondence with HeyShape in the uploaded supporting documents.

    I contacted HeyShape to return a couple of items I purchased. They offered a store discount, then a partial refund, then eventually a 50% refund and keep the items. This would prevent me from having to pay to ship the items back to them. I obliged. I was told I'd receive confirmation once the refund was processed. I waited almost two weeks then checked in on the status. They thanked me for my patience and said the refund was in queue and I would receive confirmation once it was processed. I waited another couple of weeks and contacted them again, telling them I wanted confirmation of my refund since they had been holding my money for a month. I offered to send the products back as they are still new with tags. I don't plan on using them. I was told by customer service they were personally checking in on it. It's been three days and I still haven't heard from back them. I want my money back.

    I ordered 5 bodysuits in June. I received them but 3 of them were marked the same size, but were too small. I contacted HeyShape, asking to return or exchange for the correct size. They said no returns, due to hygiene issues. They said I could get a store credit for $90. I could order any size, any style. I had issues for a week, trying to access the store credit. Finally was able to access it, but the credit changed because of what and how much I ordered. I just want an even exchange for the bodysuits that didnt fit. No matter what I explain to them, there is still a charge to me. So I would be paying twice for the product. I have sent them close to 25 emails, trying to get this resolved. I sent them pictures of me in the bodysuits. One that fits, and one that is too small. I tried to order the 3 bodysuits in the same colors, different style, but same price. I tried to place the order, but the credit applied was not $90, and I would have to pay over $60. All I want is an even exchange. I offered to return the 3 that didnt fit, but was told I couldnt because I didnt have the original packaging. Every correspondence is a new excuse to cost me more money.

    I placed an order with HeyShape on June 22 and requested a cancellation within 30 minutes of placing it. The order was not officially cancelled until June 28, and despite this, I have yet to receive my refund of $104.86.I have repeatedly contacted HeyShape **************** regarding this matter. ******** times have been unacceptably slow, and I have not received the refund confirmation email that I was explicitly promised. It has now been a couple weeks, and there is still no indication that my refund is being *************** traffic is broken and not easy to put together in one document. Most current emails are uploaded for supporting documentation.

    This company has an affiliate program, and they have ****** my questions regarding commission that says it's "ready" for a YEAR. It's the same generic response over and over. They have $130 that they owe me for promoting their product.

    I returned an item and tracked it showing received and the company is not issuing the refund. Theyve had the return almost 2 weeks. They had me send the receipt for shipping, which I did. I still have not received a refund.

    I placed an order for about $60 for HayShape garments on January 26, 2025. The tracking information came to a halt and has not moved since February 10th. Keep in mind, the order was meant to be delivered in 5-7 business days. Despite multiple attempts to get an update, I continue to receive the same generic response from ****** stating that the issue is being taken care of. However, based on tracking information and the lack of any real resolution, it is clear that nothing is actually being done. The charge remains in my accounts my despite requesting a refund due to the order never being received.

    I had received ads from this company through social media the past few months and finally gave in and purchased their viral body suit. It arrived nearly 3 weeks after purchasing as it was shipped from *****. When it finally arrived, I was so eager to open it! When I took it out of the zipped plastic bag I noticed white stains along the crotch. I immediately took photos and put the item back in the bag to prepare for a return. I emailed the company explaining the situation and providing evidence in order to process a refund and a return. On the website, it states that there are hassle free returns so I didnt expect an issue. I received a response the next day from the company and I was told if I wanted to ship the item back, I would need to pay for it and also that they would not be providing a refund. They offered that I could keep the item and they would send me $10 credit. I replied to this email again, emphasizing that the product itself was damaged and unhygienic, and I did not feel comfortable keeping it. I mentioned their advertise policy on the website of free returns and not to mention the faulty item was not the responsibility of myself to take care of. The company is still refused, so I have taken it further with not only my credit card company, but through this claim as well. After going through this, I had a look on their reviews online only to see. I am one of hundreds of people going through this. Everyone states that they receive damaged items and when trying to contact the company for returns, they are denied or blocked and not able to get their money back. The people who have had to contact and the company agreed to send money back state the money was never sent to them. What a shame. **************** is the most important part of a successful business and unfortunately, this is not the case with hey shape

    I ordered 2 bodysuits from this company and have never received them. The tracking shows the package was delivered on 12/20/24. The tracking shows it was delivered to another safe location in ***********. My mailing address is ********. I contacted the company and was informed I needed to file a police report or contact the carrier and get a letter from them verifying non delivery. Really. Wish I had checked BBB before ordering.
