Purchased HeyShape item online during buy one get one free promotion. Items arrived this week - was unhappy they did not fit as advertised so tried to return. Website has a link to shipping and returns portal but when clicked it says portal not in use and to contact Support via email. Support reply gives only 2 options: exchange for different size (after sending photos, paying shipping, etc.) or retain items and receive 20% refund. No option to return for full refund. Have never encountered such a policy before - company should not be allowed to do business in the **.Initial Complaint

I placed an order for two bodysuits. Only two. The company then updated my order without my consent and charged me an additional $52.85. This is a fraudulent charge, given that I didn't order these and didn't approve the purchase. I want a full refund plus a pre-paid shipping label. I've attached the customer service discussions; the responses are completely unacceptable. I have yet to get them to acknowledge that the company updated the order without my consent. I just want my money back and to not have to pay extra to ship their mistake back to them.Initial Complaint

Order Number: ******* Order Date: October 18, 2024 Amount Paid: $62.53 Nature of Dispute: Inconsistent Return and Refund Policy Summary of the Issue: I am submitting this complaint because the company HeyShape is not honoring the return and refund policy stated on their website. According to the website's policy at the time of my purchase, customers are entitled to return items for a full refund under the following conditions: items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned within 14 days of delivery. This policy led me to believe I could confidently return items if necessary.Details of the Incident:Policy as Advertised: The company's website explicitly stated that items could be returned for a full refund if they were unused, in new condition, and returned within 14 days.Policy After Purchase: When I contacted HeyShape to return my items, they responded with terms that did not align with their original policy. After receiving my items from Heyshape, I was not satisfied and followed the instructions to contact customer service for a return form. They are currently making me jump through hoops and are trying to offer me a 20% refund or exchange. I initiated the return the same day I received the item, keeping within the 14 day policy. The items are also unworn and in originally packaging, per their policy. However, they are not offering a refund. They also advertise free shipping on returns, but are trying to charge me for international shipping. All negative reviews are deleted from their website and social media accounts. I know this because I tried reviewing both. After digging deeper, *** found several other sites where customers are leaving reviews and having the same experience I am.Initial Complaint

On July 13th, I made a purchase of 8 body suits from HeyShape for $214.87. Following their return policy, I requested a refund for 6 out of the 8 items on July 31st as they did not meet my expectations. Dispute multiple interactions with HeyShape's customer service, including me agreeing to cover the shipping costs for the return, providing tracking information, and confirmation of the items being delivered to their ware house on August 10th, I have yet to receive the promised refund. Despite follow-up emails on August 11th, 15th as well as on August 39th, September 10th and 19th, there has been no response from HeyShape and no refund issued. The order summary on their website indicates that the return was completed on August 11th, yet the refund has not been processed. The lack of communication and failure to honor their refund policy has left me without a resolution to this dispute. I ordered their product in July 2023. I contacted them about returning it. I just didn't like it. They offered to exchange if I paid shipping .I didnt want another one. Then they kept offering a smaller amount for my refund. All I wanted was to return the item and get a full refund. I've emailed over 10 times Their response is I'm personally looking into but that's as far as it goes. Then they just ignore me. I have been reading more on this company and I'm not the only one this is happening to. I just want a refund. I returned the items at my expense on July 30th 2023. Hope you can help. ********** would not recommend this company or their product. Their site says you can get a full refund, but yet they go back and forth with you saying 25%, 35%, 50% refund like its a freaking auction for a refund. And they also say originally you dont need to return the item as long as they can only give you a partial refund. Then when you say enough already I dont want any of that, I want what your site is telling me I can get, they make it absolutely difficult for the customer to return the items and say theyre going to donate them if you send them in. Its absolute fraudulent behavior. I would like a full refund on my order. And I can donate them myself.Initial Complaint

Placed an order. They are shipping to an old address. I have five emails proving I have been trying to contact the company to correct this problem. I entered my address upon check out and when I clicked submit it changed the shipping address to my old address. After five emails I have no response and they have taken payment.Initial Complaint

This company has given me the run around and will not issue a refund after saying they would. I've been waiting and emailing, but either nobody responds or they just say they'll "get back to me". Please see the attached email trail.
