    I placed an order #****** on 10/26/2023 for the buy one get one bodysuits. Received tracking information and a notification that my item had been delivered on 11/3/2023. I spoke to the post office who told me to contact the sender. I also had paid the additional shipping insurance in case of lost packages and STILL DID NOT GET A REFUND OR NEW SHIPMENT. I sent emails almost every day to the HeyShape contact email at ************************************* from 11/7/2023- 12/1/2023 and received the same generic response that someone would get back to me in 1-2 days. At one point I did get an additional response and was asked for more information on the order, which I provided within a day, and then I never heard anything else after that. I sent several more emails asking to refund my entire order and NEVER RECEIVED A RESPONSE. I finally gave up and will NEVER purchase from the business ever again and have made it known on social media as well that this company is a SCAM. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

    This complaint is in reference to my purchase on 11/29/2023 for $147.99 After receiving my order on 12/15/2023 and discovering what I ordered didnt fit. I emailed to start a return. I followed the instructions to send back my order so I could be issued a refund. I also emailed back letting them know my package was being sent back and provided the tracking number. As of today the last contact I got from hey shape on 01/18/24 after reaching back out on 01/14/24 to hear why my refund hasnt been processed still. With only to receive Thank you for sharing your thoughts. We're sorry for the delay in getting back to you. Your concern is a priority, and we're actively working on a resolution. Expect an update from us within the next 24 hours as a response and still no resolution.

    I ordered a product on 12/9/2023 and received it on 12/23/2023. It was not as advertised so I decided to return it. I returned it on 12/28, which is within the 14 day time frame. I have tracking information from the **** sit it was delivered on January 4, ****. It is now January 29 and I have not received my refund. I have sent numerous emails inquiring about when I will receive my refund. All I get are responses. I finally received a response after stating that I would be reporting them to BBB. I provided the tracking info as requested and still nothing. I wish I would have came here first and read the complaints before I made my purchase. There is no number to teacher customer service. I do not recommend this company.

    I ordered two pieces and tried several times to do a refund or exchange on the order because they are too big. Every time I reach out they send an auto response that someone will reach out in ***** hours and no one ever does. They are not honoring what they advertise on their products!

    I ordered 2 body shapers and ****** covers, and they were delivered on January 8. I returned them on January 18, **** with tracking number [**********************], and it has been delivered as of January 23, ****. I have asked multiple times about the processing of this refund and have not gotten a response.

    This company has ignored all my emails for a refund for the product I ordered. The product was shipped theee weeks ago(expected to be delivered within 5-7 days) and i am unable to get any updates on the products. I have tried multiple ways to reach out and have been ignored.

    I reached out to heyshape company to return a poor quality item I was unsatisfied with. If I paid postage, provided tracking and mailed within 14 days of confirmation I was told I could get a full refund. Order # *************. Return **** Tracking# *********************. This started on 12/06/23. Below is a message from a customer service representative. Hi ******, We have received the tracking number. Please let us know once it gets delivered for us to process the refund immediately. Once it got delivered, we will process the refund immediately Thank you. heyshape-blac.png ******** ************* Representative I received a response that since they didnt receive the product back within 14 days, I cant have a refund anymore. Im now out the original product which was defective, at a loss for the money I spent on the product and the return postage.

    The items did not fit and didn't not work as promised. I returned for a refund on December 22, 2023. They asked me to ship to ******* for a refund on my cost. They use a fowlrwarding agent to ***** so I can no longer track my return. They refuse to track my return and *** asked them for status over 10 times and they refuse to answer my emails. I also wrote a 1 star review on their website 4 weeks ago, which they never posted so it looks like their items have only 4 and 5 star reviews.

Since they have received the items, they stopped responding to my emails and I am getting automated messages or no response.     I'm not sure what additional info is needed but the company did email me two days saying they will give me a refund - no refund has been issued yet. It's taken over a month of emailing and filing to the BBB to get a response. This issue is not yet resolved.

    11/22/23 - Ordered 3 items.11/30/23 - Received order, but 1 was damaged.12/3/23 - I emailed to ask for a full refund for the damaged order 12/12/23 - Instead, Heyshape emailed me back saying a replacement item was in transit. I informed them that I didn't want an exchange, I wanted a refund.12/15/23 - I received the replacement that I didn't want 12/19/23 - Heyshape emailed me a Return Form document to process a refund. I shipped the 2 items on the same day: original damaged item and the replacement item 12/21/23 - According to ***** Heyshape received the returned items 1/1/24 - I sent Heyshape an email inquiring about the refund 1/4/24 - Heyshape sent me an email informing me of a delay because of the holidays, but they also wanted me to restate my concerns. I replied to them and attached all the email threads.1/7/24 - Heyshape sent me another email apologizing for the delay.1/10/24 - I emailed Heyshape for a status update 1/14/24 - Heyshape sent me an email apologizing for the delay and that I should expect an update withing 24 hours.1/20/24 - I still have not received an update or refund
