I placed an order #****** for two THONG shapers. Upon receiving the package I was sent two regular shapers in which I did not order. I reached out to the company and as of 12/01/2023 I have not been able to reach a resolution with them. No refund or replacement for the correct item was made. I ordered 2(bogo) from this company. It was shortly after that I was told to read the reviews. They are horrible. I went to the website to call customer service to cancel my order. There is no number, instead an email address. I immediately got a response stating that they would get back to me via email soon. This is now 4 days later and I have still heard nothing from customer service. I have only heard that my order has now shipped. I ordered shapewear on 11/10/23 for $57.99. It arrived and the fit is so far off it is laughable. And thats after ordering one size up. I emailed to request an exchange or refund and at first they answered me. Then they stopped answering with solutions, and have since only sent the same automated response over and over again asking that I repeat my request. I asked for a simple exchange multiple times and never received one. Now I just want a refund and to be done with this company for good.Initial Complaint

I placed an order on 14 November 2023. My order arrived 30 November 2023. I was not happy with the product and immediately followed the instructions for return and refund. I repackaged and sent back on 4 December 2023 (well within the 14 day window) and provided HeyShape with a **** tracking number, which I also tracked. **** records show it was delivered/picked up 9 December 2023. To this day, nearly 4 weeks after they received the returned items, I have still not received my refund. They state that the department responsible for reviewing the return is "still evaluating" the return. I'm not sure what there is to evaluate - I didn't like the product, and I returned it, unworn, unaltered. And they can't use the excuse that they are overseas - they are in ******. Today, I received the refund I've been requesting for over a month. Not sure if it was the threat of filing a BBB report (followed through with, or course) that did the trick, but it finally happened.
The company's customer service department uses obviously canned responses to all queries, which leads one to wonder how many people are actually handling customer service. In any case, I would never recommend anyone do business with this company.

On 11/18/23, I purchased two bodysuits from Heyshapes website for a total of $49.99. The order arrived 11/27/23. They didnt fit when I tried them on, so I started the process to make a return by emailing the company on 11/27/23. Requesting a full refund and what the next steps were. I received a generic response from someone named Fin the same day, and then a more specific response from someone named **** that day too. I replied the same day requesting a full refund. I received no response. I followed up 11/29 and received a new response from someone named *** saying they were waiting on the shipping label. I then followed up on 11/30, 12/1, 12/2 without a response to my question. I finally received information about the shipping label on 12/4 from ****. She sent me the address:Lightbuzz E-Commerce LLC ************************************************************************************************** She also asked me to send her the tracking number when I sent it back. Due to illness, shipping the package back was a bit delayed, but I sent the package back (and had to pay shipping too) on 12/20 with **** tracking number: 9500 1120 1655 3350 3868 47. I was told to tell them when the package had arrived. I emailed them 12/21 and told them it arrived and asked for someone to confirm they received it and asked when Id get my money back. I have sent emails on 12/21, 12/24. I received a generic response on 12/25 saying they were reviewing my request. There is nothing else to review! They still didnt answer my questions. I have now emailed 12/26, 12/27, and 12/28, but am receiving NO response now. I still have not received my full refund as promised, and now no one is responding (even on their Instagram page). The company finally replied to me. They did give me a refund in the end. They did not acknowledge that you sent them an email though, but it was very interesting that the company replied to me right around the same time you got back to me. I will say that other employees still contacted me even after I received the refund with the generic automated response. This company is an absolute nightmare, and I would never recommend anybody purchase anything from them ever again. I am so grateful that I actually received a refund because I didnt think I ever would.

11/5/23 $45.00 Discover **** 2 body shapers/bodysuit clothing Never received my order. It's been 2 months. I've already sent then proofs of me contacting the mail carriers HeyShape told me to and it's been a few WEEKS of me sending those proofs to them over & over again. They used some international shipping handler and the shippers can't help because of the way HeyShape sent the package and uninsured. HeyShape is refusing to answer the phone. They are refusing to discuss the issue or to do anything to make it right, they're playing games. Their responses if at all are extremely generic prewritten messages that do not assist. I purchased items from the company on 11/5/2023. My item supposedly was delivered to my home on 12.25/23 at 3:15pm per tracking number via ***** I never received the package. I contacted the post office and was informed that it was originally shipped from over seas so the company has to resolve the issue. I checked my ring camera and nothing was delivered to my home on this day or days before or after. I have emailed the company a total of 7 times and keep getting the same 3 identical emails stating they are working on it. I purchased two items off of their website and paid for express shipping on Nov 18th. Once the confirmation email was received, I requested they update my order as I realized I placed an order for the wrong item. I received an automated email stating I should receive an email within 1-2 business days. No response was received. I sent multiple emails requesting an update. No response was received. Instead I received automated emails stating there was an issue with the order and there will be a delay. I sent several follow up emails requesting cancellation; however, no response was received. I eventually received an automated email stating my concern was escalated further; however, I have yet to hear back from anyone. I received the order on Dec 7th I believe. I am trying to return the items as I do not want them, but they continue to ignore me and I have yet to receive a response. I am requesting a full refund, including return shipping cost as they continuously ignored my requests and I did not receive the items in a timely manner- I was mislead and I paid for a service I did not receive.
