On 2/24/24 I purchased two suits from HeyShape (based out of ***). I needed them by the weekend, so I paid for express shipping to have them delivered by 3/1/24. On 3/1 I received an email from an overseas shipping company stating my order was in customs. I didn't order anything from *****?? Upon doing a reversal of ******* address, it came back to ***************** restaurant and the company was drop-shipping from ***** warehouses. I sent an email asking why my package was in *****, and I received an email response from "*******" stating my order was out of stock and they would fulfill shortly. I told her I had a tracking number, then she IMMEDIATELY blocked my email and blocked me on all social media platforms.Customer Answer

Received my order today. Not only was it 5 days late AFTER paying extra for express shipping, but I only received 1 of the 2 suits I ordered. It was buy 1 get 1 and I only received the black. I didn't get the brown that I originally ordered, I only the black.
So now I'm out express shipping. I'm missing a suit. They have me blocked on social media and are refusing to send me the other suit due to stock issues. I only paid $43.99 because I was getting TWO suits and EXPRESS SHIPPING FROM ***. I didn't pay $43.99 for 1 suit to be delivered 5 days late without ANY compensation for the 2nd half of my order.

I ordered from heyshape on February 20th 2024 for their BOGO body shape wear. My order #****** and the tracking #YT2405221236018682 They instructed me to use the **** app to track the progress but it was never updated beyond the 21st. I contacted customer service after a week past the amounted time they claimed my package would originally arrive. Received a response email on February 28th claiming they would look in to it but nothing happened and have not received any response since. I googled the company reviews and seen that sadly this isnt the first time its happened apparently. I would just like my money back if at all possible. I emailed them a second time on March 1st asking for more updates, and if not then a refund seemed reasonable. As usual still no response.Initial Complaint

I ordered two products. One was received defective and the other did not match the measurements provided on their size chart for the item. The company is refusing to provide a full refund, even for defective merchandise. They said return shipping would have to be paid by me even though their website says they will make it right in these situations. I had 14 emails back and forth. Twice I had to resubmit my request and most of the times my questions were not answered. The last email they never responded to. At this point i want a full refund minus the $2.99 shipping charge that was already refunded because my order was late to begin with. I cannot use these products. I purchased shapewear from HeyShape on Dec 30. Order #******. Total order cost is $41.I received the order on Jan 9th. Upon wearing the garment, it caused me to form a rash across my entire torso. I immediately contact Heyshape on Jan 12 to inform them of the situation and request a refund. They would not refund the purchase and told me I could return the garment if unworn but would have to pay for shipping. I explained to them I had worn the garnment which is what cause the rash. I made several additional attempts to contact customer service to issue the refund and they would only provide the option of a 35% refund or returning the garnment unused, but would require me to pay for shipping. I feel I should not have to pay for a garment that provides a health risk and is unusable. I am happy to return the garnment if a prepaid shipping label can be provided. I purchased 3 bodysuits from the company. They sat for months in *********** as I watched the tracking. I alerted the business that I believed my package to be lost. They did not respond. Finally the package arrived. When it arrived, the garments had loose threads, were a thin material, had cheap quality and poor construction. I inquired about a refund. I was emailed back by three different employees with the same canned emails every time stating options for exchange, but to email them for further instructions for shipping for a full refund. I continued to email. I continued to get the same batch email. I finally had to start posting screenshots and complaints about the company on ******** ads the company was running. Finally someone sent me the instructions and asked I send the tracking number. I have mailed my return and sent the tracking number. They have not responded after a week of emailing. I made a purchase December 17th. The items arrived Jan 4. The quality of the items were poor. The sizing was way off. Since then I have been trying to return the items. I have had 14 emails back and forth with their customer service. After 4 emails I finally got instructions to return the items. I paid for the return shipping and provided proof of the return being received **** tracking number) to their facility on January 12th. I followed all of their instructions exactly. I still had not received my refund so I emailed them. It takes days to get a response and the response is always something like, I am sorry we do not understand your concern or please provide proof of the return which I have already done three times. They will not return my money. I want my refund and I want this complaint to be on file as I notice many people on ******** are experiencing the same problems .Customer Answer
