On 2/27 I received an order from them that was damaged. One of the items in the order has a hole on the leg seam. The items are also too big even though I ordered the correct size and they dont do what they claim in their ads on various social media platforms. I reached out to initiate a return on that same day and received a response 3 days later from an AI bot calling themselves Fin. It listed the options for returning and when I responded with how I wanted to move forward, I got the exact same response shortly after. Since then, I have received vague messages claiming they are investigating it further or do I want to proceed with my return and if I respond, I get the original response from Fin. Their return policy is 14 days and I can only assume they drag this process out to ensure that it never gets resolved.Initial Complaint

I ordered the **** hey shape body suit and they shape wear thong both black in color . I placed this order on the 24th of February. I contacted a rep through email I let her know that its said it was delivered, but maybe it updated too soon and i didnt get my items. The items I purchased do not work as advertised. They do not hold my fat in. My stomach fat still hangs out and jiggles (a LOT) when wearing Heyshape's products. I do not look "snatched". I emailed the company 3 days ago requesting to return my order for a full refund and I was offered to be refunded 20% of my purchase and to keep the products, exchange for a bigger size, or get a replacement. Neither of these solutions are what I requested. I do not want a product that is not as described and doesn't work as advertised. I am not happy with it and will only be satisfied by returning the products for a FULL refund.Initial Complaint

I bought shapewear and I got a larger size the I wear. I cant get over my head and it is a defect. I keep repeating the same thing. I was given 3 choices. I purchased two items from the website Heyshape (getheyshape.com). Under the return policy, the website states that items can be returned for any reason within 14 days for a full refund. When I initiated a return within the 14 days, I was told that they could only offer me an exchange. This is false advertising. I would have never purchased the products If I didn't believe I could return them. I am seeking a full refund for these products. I requested a refund. On their website it says a refund can be given for any and all reasons. I got in touch with them within the time frame they state on their website. They keep sending me generic responses instead of confirming my return, saying I can take a 20% refund, or an exchange. I dont want the items, they are not quality and fit me weird compared to even cheap ones Ive bought and wear all the time. They refuse to answer my emails just hoping I go past my 14 day return deadline. I am trying to send these back today which is now my last day to send them out, but without confirmation I am getting anything back for sending these out , I am not spending 16$ shipping unless I know Im at least getting my original money refunded. It is ridiculous to treat customers this way. I want to know and have confirmation Ill get a refund before spending more money on this whole thing. They have only sent me the same generic response four times now instead of having any real customer service that confirms a return like it states on their website. I dont want only 20% of my money back and I dont want another size. I wouldnt have bought anything had I known you cant return if youd like to. On February 19, I placed an order for a 2-4-1- offer on shapeware bodysuits. On March 6, I received the order and was unsatisfied as these are NOT shapeware, they are regular bodysuits. I immediately contacted the company and requested the return form and full refund. I received an automated email that included two options - 20% refund and keep the bodysuits or exchange. The website, when ordering, states an additional option-full refund. I continued to email, always receiving the same automated email with the two options. On 3/10, I received an email stating that they were classifying my "concern" as "complex" and they would need an additional 24 hours to iinvestigate and resolve. Of course 24 hours has passed and nothing from the company. There is nothing complex about it, send a return form and I'll mail the items back and refund my money. The company states that all returns must be accomplished within 14 days of receipt of the items. However, unlike other companies they do not include a return label and require you to email them to get the form and begin the process. Unfortunately, they are basically unresponsive to the request for refund. It is my belief that they are ticking down the clock so that the 14 days pass and they will completely deny the request for refund.Customer Answer

I purchase from getheyshape online on February 8,2024 and they ship from ***** delivered to me on February 26,2024. The price i pay for the transaction was $81.49 The order number is #******. Upon receiving three body suits, i figure out that i have been scam by the company promising that the bodysuit would snatched the waist and that the Xsmall is going to be very small for me, so that it would ****** my waist well, when i try them on, it doesnt even ****** me at all but instead my waist is still big. At that moment, i know that these people hired a bunch of influencer online to do marketing for Them and those reviews arent honest reviews at all. I was very disappointed and i email them right away for an approval for a return for 3 times(Feb 27, Feb 29, March 1, 2024) but they ignored me completely. I know they ignore me because i emailed them before for sizing and they answer me right away. Their return policy is that you can return within 14 days of receiving the items, and i email them 1 day later and still have not heard from them since. I hope this company will be exposing to the public that they are hiring influencers to do false advertisement for them. Because the results never was like how the ad is like. These people are thinking about scamming people for one time and then never have them buy again. And if each person buy around $50-$100 like me and they have about 1 million people buying it, they would have $50,000,000 -$100,000,000 if one million people buy it. I purchased two body suits and wanted to exchange sizes. I received an email from them stating several options on how it could be handled and to let them know which option I would like to take. I emailed telling them I just wanted a different size and they emailed again asking what the issue was, I emailed again stating what I wanted to do and have not heard anything back from them.
