I ordered from Heyshape on February 1st 2024 and I was tracking my order when it stopped on February 11th and nothing has happened with my order since. The company has no number to talk to a live person and only have a email address that doesn't always get back and when they do its days later. And the responses I get back sound robotic at times or they don't answer my question and repeat themselves. I feel like I'm getting the run around with them. This complaint involves order #****** for $43.44 placed on 3/9/24. When the order arrived, I decided to return the items as I did not like the way they fit. When I emailed the company to set up a return, the response received back on 3/21/24 was that theyd offer me a 20% refund to keep the product or they would offer a size exchange. If I didnt want those options, I was to reply back for instructions on a full refund. I replied back on 3/21 and didnt receive a reply. On 1/27/2024, I purchased two large bodysuits. Order # ****** Once received, I tried them on and determined they were too big. I planned to return them, but in the meantime, I placed another order in size medium on 2/9/2024. Order #****** When I contacted the company to request a return for the first order, the company offered to send me replacements free of charge, so I accepted. It was shipped on 2/19/2024, order #******.I received the size mediums, and they, too, were too large. The product is nothing like what is advertised. I reached out to get the information to return all three orders. The information was sent to me, and I mailed it to the required address at my expense. Per my tracking slip, I sent it out on 3/4/2024, and their offices received it on 3/5/2024.I've been emailing constantly to ask if the return was received and if my refund is being processed. On Feb 23, I purchased a product from the company Hey Shape. Unfortunately the clothing item I purchased did not fit me. Their website states I can receive an exchange as long as I initiate an exchange within 14 days. I have been attempting to contact customer service for multiple weeks, and theyre response is not conducive to a resolution. I paid $55.69 for two items during a buy one get one free sale. On their website they state their refund policy is if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. I purchased a product from them which was delivered on 03/08/24. They have a return policy to return the items back within 14 days from receipt. However, you need to get their authorization before you can mail it back to them. I have contacted their email address since March 13,2024 requesting information to return the item. During that time, Ive had email communications with the following customer service representatives: *********, ******, *******, and *****. Each of them have suggested for me to keep the product and just exchange it for another size. On each occasion I have replied that I dont want an exchange. I want to refund the product. They have yet to send me the return authorization and its now 3/19/24. Hi. This is regarding Order #****** 03/05/24 I made a purchase trusting the advertising saying WINTER SALE BUY 1, GET 1 FREE ON ALL BODYSUITS! and ADD AT LEAST 2 BODYSUITS TO YOUR CART, AND THE 2ND ONE WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE FREE.I choose to pay through Paypal and trusted the total charge would be adjusted after choosing the payment method. However, after signing in with Paypal the transaction was done with no automated discount.They charged the listing price amount for each item.Immediately I reached out to them via email and they havent replied back up to this date.I reported Paypal however i never received a full explanation of why their resolution was on HeyShape favor. Today I received the package and I immediately requested a refund for return (as per website the return terms are to request the refund via email and return the item within 15 days.Since I never received a response to my first email I am afraid they wont response my request for return.Initial Complaint

I made my purchase on 2/2/24 for the amount of $44.89. I received my shape wear from the company and did not see a difference like they claim in their ads. I saw the ad on ******** and the shape wear is suppose to be very tight and sliming. I reached out to the company about not liking the results of my order, they provided me with three options to exchange, keep my order and get a 20% refund or to return it for a full refund. I picked to return for a full refund and they provided me with an address I had to ship my order to and send them the tracking information, I did have to pay for the shipping at my local post office. It was delivered to an individual on 2/28/24 at the address they provided, I emailed them when it got delivered. I had to reach out twice before I got a response saying they classified my concern as a complex case and to give them an additional 24 hours. After 24 hours I still heard nothing from the company and reached out again, the response this time was in order to get my concern properly I needed to provide them with further details. I have been emailing them that my return was delivered and I havent received my refund and I keep receiving the same message from them to provide more details. Purchased 2 pieces of shapewear from this business at beginning of February 02-07-24. Paid $52.98 via Afterpay. First off - didnt realize this was being shipped from *****. Order was very delayed which was disappointing. Arrived 02-24-24. Tried the items, definitely did not work as advertised and immediately initiated a return via email on 02-27-24. In response I received an automatic email indicating that I could either 1) keep the items for a partial refund, 2) keep the items and exchange for free or 3) get a full refund. I then got an email from a person that was clearly scripted but I responded that Id be open to the exchange if someone could give me some guidance. After that no response. After several chasers I had to finally re-email the main email address and go through this back and forth again. Sent many chasers, sent messages via social media, finally got other responses but this time I only was being given the option for a partial refund or an exchange, no longer the full refund (because of hygiene). Clearly they werent expecting me to pick that option.Finally filed a complaint via Afterpay and they finally responded and said that Im not the one responding to them and putting blame on me. Order Date: 2/29/2024 Paid: $158.45 Business committed to provide me: 5 bodysuits with a 14 day free return period Nature of dispute: Company is refusing to honor the return policy listed on the check out page. Buyer is advised to email ********************************* for return information. There was no packing slip nor return instructions in the package I emailed them the day I received the bodysuits, on 3/8/24. I received an email back stating that they discourage returns. I could receive a 20% refund and keep the product, or receive the same items in a different size. I replied back that my doctor stated the bodysuit would not work post-surgery, so I just needed to return the bodysuits. Files 8588 through 8592- return information on their website which states that shipping will be paid by customer despite a large "Free Returns" claim on the check out page. (This is image 1(png) which has already been submitted.
Return policy also states you must wait for approval for returns.
File 8593- most recent email offering me a 35% discount to keep the items rather than "incur costs" to ship back- although, again the check out page states that returns are free.
