ive been a customer for over 5 years with no issues or complains against my account. They consistently once a year hold my funds for reasons that they make up. my business turns over $500,000 a month on average. This specific time they are holding up $31,000 because they want to "PROTECT ME" the problem i have is that this customer has been paying me for years from the same account and the problem i have is that im gonna be late on payroll because of there actions! i think they hold people's money so that they can use it to make money ! this needs to stop its hurting my business

I used QuickBooks intuit online to manage my small business. I received an invoice in the amount of $2730 from a customer. QuickBooks told me they don’t know where my money is but it should be in my account a whole 10 days ago. They have yet to send my money. Getting someone on the phone is like pulling teeth. One person can’t resolve the issue you get connected to someone else who can’t help, then they just hang up on you. I’m a small business so a hit like this is detrimental to my business.

We used QuickBooks for 3 years. This year we received a request to be audited from the ***************************. This is when we discovered that for the past 3 years QuickBooks has failed to fill our contractors 1099 and 1096. QuickBooks says this is done automatically and it should be as you hafto input all contractor info and pay into your app, which we did and can show that we did when we run reports out of the app. All of the info is there and it shows that the app didn't even generate them let alone send them out. Now after over 5 hours on the phone over this past week with tech support there is nothing that can be done even though it's a failure on QuickBooks side. Now I am on the hook for these penalties even though I paid QuickBooks monthly subscription for service and input all info correctly. QuickBooks says that if there is a failure on there behalf when filling taxes that they will cover the charge but no one on QuickBooks side will acknowledge anything or respond to the escalation of this issue. They are full of c*** and need a lawsuit pressed against them which is what we are considering now.

I had a subscription to Quickbooks Self Employed. Intuit stated that they no longer were going to support Quickbooks Self Employed and that I was going to need to switch over to one of their other subscriptions. They advertised that when I switched that all my data would migrate over. When I switched that did not happen. When I called their customer service for help, they said that they could not help me and that all they could recommend is to go and re-enter all my data by hand. I basically paid 11 months of a subscription for nothing.

When you pay for a program, you expect everything to work as it is advertised to do so. I have been having problems with my bank feed for a month now, first was for a week and the "repair" lasted for 3 whole days, and now it has been 2 weeks without it working. Numerous hours spent talking to customer service **** who 1. don't listen to your actual problem and request and 2. just try to sell you their Quickbooks payment service instead of helping you with your problem. Quickbooks has no specific contacts for departments and when you are paying around $300 /month for a service you want to be able to talk to someone who knows how to help you. That is not the case with this customer service. I would like if someone who actually knows the program and doesn't just read off of troubleshooting guides could contact me so we can resolve this issue. My next step will be switching software providers all together and taking all of my freelance clients with me.

I was in contact with QuickBooks into it for what was offered as a trial. They sent me multiple advertisements and called multiple times a day. I finally said I would agree to a trial. After I gave my credit card information I never received any product and I called customer service just to be Disconnected numerous times before being told I need to wait 72 hours for a representative to call me back. It has been a week and I never received any information and have not received a call from a manager or any representative. I have sent numerous emails, but they are being sent back along with being charged on my credit card for three months. I would like a refund back to my card , and also my information deleted from their system. I also have proof that the representative who was doing my intake information asked if I could possibly send them five dollars on a Venmo because they were having tough times. I was completely caught off guard and said Im not able to but forgot that they had my credit card information since we just did payment. Now Im scared that Im going to have my car taken advantage of, but this is my business account and we need this taken care of ****. I am so upset that this is happening to us.

Quickbooks online had a system error and it deleted almost all of our transactions from 2023. They were there, categorized, reconciled and now they're gone. There is no way for me to even delete these transactions so it was clearly a program error. Quickbooks will not help us get them back unless we pay more money for their bookkeeping services. We do not feel like we should pay even more money on top of the monthly subscription we already pay for an error that was beyond our control. The customer service is very rude and unresponsive. I have had 3 phone meetings set up (with email and text confirmation) and no one from the company has called for any of them. I tried to escalate the issue to the escalation department, they were very rude and hung up on us. I would like help, actual help from the company to correct this error. All I am asking is for their team to upload our bank statements and I am willing to re-categorize and reconcile everything. They are unwilling to do this. My husband and I have worked hard building our business over the last decade and have been users of quickbooks for 8 years now. To be treated this way is beyond frustrating.

Over the course of two years Intuit was billing us for a service we did not utilize for our business. We were upsold by the salesman. We're a business who partners with 1099 contractors and Intuit charge us a payroll service for W-2 employees which is triple the cost for service. We never generated ** employees on our account and solely contracted 1099 partnerships. We have been tossed back and forth from various representatives with no resolution or anyone attempting to resolve the issue. We were over charged by more than $5,000.00.

I purchased and have been using QuickBooks Pro Plus 2013 for over 10 years and pervious versions since 11/08/2008. This week I was going to open the program and I got a message telling me I had to subscribe to QuickBooks in order to open the program. When I looked into it I found out that I had to pay over $1000 a year in order to continue to use the QuickBooks program I bought years before. There was no getting around it. I can't access my old files or use my current files to access information to file my upcoming taxes without paying up. I would like to open my files at least to pay my 2024 taxes. I can do my accounting by hand after that. But to close me out of all of my files is quite disconcerting.
