      Woman night weekend manager was insanely rude and refused to do a refund on a $40 charger. I had bought the day previous from a different love store two hours away while traveling. Even though I had a receipt and an unopened box I was still refused a refund because she said I didnt buy it at that store. When I told her it didnt make sense and that Store was over two hours away she got rude and told me she couldnt help me to go back to the store I bought it from. When I asked her to make it make sense to me she rudely told me to move out of the way and let her help someone else then began ignoring me. When I asked to speak to someone else or a manager, she said she was the manager and no one else could help me either. I would try another loves, but this is the only one within 70 miles of my house. It was absolutely ridiculous and I will never go back to another loves store again!!

      Love's #*** *******, OR I stop at this Loves location regularly in the mornings, and what I witnessed today was incredibly unprofessional. A younger cashier was visibly illshe was coughing uncontrollably, unable to speak, and had tears running down her face. She eventually had to run to the bathroom, leaving another employee to step away from her own work to assist the growing line of customers.I made a simple comment like, Poor girl, and the older cashier, whose name tag read ****** *******, replied, She gets sick anytime she doesnt get her ****** someone who also works in customer service at a gas station, I find this behavior absolutely unacceptable. Talking about a coworker like that, especially in front of customers, is not only unprofessional but also shows a complete lack of respect for both her team and the customers she is serving. Whether her comment was true or not, it was wildly inappropriate and left a very negative impression.This kind of behavior should be addressed by managementit reflects poorly on the entire store and Loves as a company.

      This complaint is about Loves Travel Stop in Kimball, SD
      Went in to use the bathroom today 7/1/25 was racially harassed by the general manager Austin Harris about my truck being parked in front of the fuel aisle. Not busy at all , truck wasn’t illegally parked like other trucks were that he said nothing to. This is midday so no one was really occupying the parking spots but there were trucks illegally parked along side the grass an not utilizing a parking spots but he harasssed me about being parked in a fuel lane that had a cone in it while I used the bathroom. Whole time other trucks were illegally parked an he said nothing to them including a frito lay truck. He made racist comments towards me while we were having a discussion in the fuel lane then he called the police on me and had me removed from the property. I will never visit this loves again & I just filed a complaint with the better business bureau because I know loves won’t correct him for how he treated me today.

      Loves travel stop located in ******** mo manager name is louchrisa hurt .. store is dirty , a day worker showed up 6 hours late for work (****) and still had a job when he showed up at 2 o clock which he shouldve been fired. She let new hires eat on the clock and dont pay for anything , there is not enough workers in the building , the place is ridiculous and the workers are lazy very lazy , not is ever stocked or prepped and nothing is ever done to anybody .. ********* hurt needs to be fired and never allowed to be a manager. The workers be in their and cuss very loud on the line , the customers shouldnt hear that at all. Place is always dirty the lobby is all the time.. some of the workers who work for Chesters doesnt show up and when they do they close Chesters down 2-4 hours before closing time. Its not fair to come to work and be the only hard worker something need to be done asap.. loves in ******** mo (313 store )

      Manager at ****, ** store named Spring let 2 men into the ladies restroom without announcing them. They stood around talking about what needed to be fixed,but no work was done during the 30 minutes I was in the store. I confronted her about the situation, called her out on her lies and she got in my face and "escorted" me out of the store. She blew it off like it was no big deal, but the women that were in there with me were appalled as well. I felt very violated about the situation and she could have cared less. She needs to be reprimanded and go through more training. It was a very disturbing situation. I wasn't sure if I should come out of my stall or not hearing male voices in there with me. It was kinda scary.

      Love truck stops on Kansas Turnpike are a PITA!!! Swipe credit card and says declined at multiple Loves truck stops. Go inside and they just say the pump does work you have to come inside and pay first. I want to fill my gas tank all the way up. Not just put some gas in the tank. Will avoid all future Loves truck stops in future!!!! ** employees that told me you just have to come inside were very nice and friendly!!!

      Loves in ******************** has huge potholes exiting and entering the big rig area. Bottomed out motorhome exiting and cracked front cap. Spoke with the manager at Love's and he informed me that they know they have an issue and have repaired the potholes previously. He filed an incident with *********************** Risk Management has delayed this now for over two months and now claim that it's the city's property not theirs, so they have no responsibility. This is a short dead end road that Love's had built to service their fleet area. The asphalt that has deteriorated is the patch that Love's paid for and had repaired. This is not an acceptable manner to handle road surface issues at a Love's.

      Hello, this isn't a complaint but rather a concern. Our carrier received truck and trailer repair services from Love's Truck Shop location and was given a blank invoice. The Love's representative stated that they couldn't disclose the cost of the services because we used our ******** account to make the payment and that we needed to contact our ******** account representative to get the total cost. My concern is, how am I supposed to ensure that proper charges/transactions were recorded to our ******** account if Love's will not state the cost on the invoice?Our responsibility is to pay our ******** account. However, I feel that Love's needs to state the cost of their services. If I use my credit card to pay for groceries, the grocery store shouldn't give me a blank receipt and tell me to contact my credit card company to find out the total cost of the groceries. I'm new to my position and have been informed that this is how Love's processes their invoices when using PO accounts. This just doesn't seem like a correct process, and it gives the impression of an unethical practice. I'm not saying the company is conducting unethical practices. I'm just saying it gives that impression. I want to make that very clear.
