All the Loves that we stopped at on way to Austin were dirty, small and just a plain cluster. when we head back this way we will not be stopping at any of the Loves in Texas or Oklahoma. These all need to be upgraded to not only be bigger but cleaned and add the new RV hookups like the other 56 across the country. I do like the dog park feature those are very nice.

On 3/27/24 my truck broke down on I-55, 3 miles from ******** ********** I was 15 miles from *********** ********. I called Loves to get a mechanic to come bring an airline and repair my truck they sent a mechanic from *********, **. Which is 70 miles away and charged me 3 hours labor at ****** an hour for a job that took 30 minutes to do. The bill was $741.29 this is ridiculous I was expecting it to be high but it is about $350.00 higher than it should be. This is price gouging and it is not right.Love's Travel Stops Response

In regards to location ******************.. You want to know how well there not doing t read the reviews in ****** maps.. wow..Lady manger on 9-5-23 extremely rude, 13 people in line for a shower with no one cleaning them I politely asked if she had any body to clean them, she was extremely rude....3 loves employees were behind the counter with Manger on the phone, laughing, ignoring drivers, 2 1/2 hours to get a shower! I'm a diamond member, I put ****+ gals of fuel a month, my advice AVOID THIS LOVES LIKE THE PLAUGE!!!Love's Travel Stops Response

I was at the store a few days ago while traveling, and I over heard an older guy who said he was a manager call a black women the N word and It's been puzzling me. I felt like something should be said as this was very disrespectful and unprofessional. Im completly apalled with allowing this to continue. Im hoping this will him get what he deserves. It was an older guy. The name tag said Bill but I couldn't catch the last name. The location was the Love's in Tifton, Ga.

I pressing on trucking, come to write a review , about ****** the mech at shop 313 in *******************, he accomplished changing my drive shaft bearing carrier, with out a pulley, he went out of his way to get this job completed as well as the other work he did on my truck, this guy knows his work, skilled at is, very knowledgeable mechanic,, he's good!! Point blank, go to this shop 313 if u want a nice job done on your truck, *****...Love's Travel Stops Response

If I can right a negative I would ... loves claims to be best customer service. Which honestly they don't care . After messing up on my oil change they dragged out the response covered the bare minimum and couldn't even compensate me for my troubles in cleaning up there mess ..literally. after many emails and phone calls no response. I've been traveling from Washington state and currently am in Alabama - the farther South I've traveled the more disgusting the dog parks are - no one cleans up after their dogs - so there are piles everywhere. Some parks do not even have "poop" bags which does not help with the problem. It's disgusting.Love's Travel Stops Response

I stopped in the ********* location to get brakes repaired left there and within 800 miles brakes are metal to metal. I pulled into ******* location had them looked at and was told after inspecting the brakes was so called defective. A week later I'm still feeling the same drag and pulled in ******* location spent 2 days there and was told it was POSSIBLE QVR airleak, brake chamber, abs sensor, and slack adjusters got all the above fixed. I got 300 miles up the road to tx/la Stateline and brakes burnt up. Now I'm out of money on repairs and my truck down and no one is calling me back from corporate(***********************). I lost plenty of money behind this issue. I tired of companies getting over on us O/O. I pay for repairs and now no one wants to ************* but will gladly take my money without an issue. I will no longer return for light mechanic work and hopefully you learn from my mistake. They should've stuck to changing tires only. I have all receipts even the warranty for the brakes they had to replace.Love's Travel Stops Response

Im a trucker and my trailer id lights went out and I happened to be at Loves in ********* , ** I called my company to get it ok to fix there. They were very professional and quick ! The problem was solved and my breaks were bad a well they fixed everything right and quick ! I was able to make up time to get my load delivered ! Five star service all the way !!!!
