5 starsGreat service and friendly. Just upgraded our system and added some equipment. As long as Alert 360 (Central Alarm) is in business I will be their customer. Monthly fee is low and affordable even on a tight budget. We've been with them for 9 years.

1 starWe had no contract with this company we moved into our home 10 years ago and ALERT 360 has been charging our checking account on average $20/mo. for years. When I called them they could not provide me with any contract in writing whereby we agreed to this deduction. They would not credit us for this.
