5 starsNew customer so can’t comment on ongoing service. Account manager was easy to work with. Understood my requirements and existing equipment. Installation technician was running late due to complications at another installation but he and the office kept me updated on timing. Second technician assisted to minimize installation time. Very thorough in installation, testing, explaining system operation and cleanup before leaving. Impressive service so far.

5 starsWhen I called 360 I had a very quick response. The technician that came out was absolutely, above and beyond terrific! Took care of every situation, and every detail with a good attitude. Answered all of my questions. Terrific technician. Extremely satisfied.
We have been with the company for I believe over 15 yrs.
