      When I called 360 I had a very quick response. The technician that came out was absolutely, above and beyond terrific! Took care of every situation, and every detail with a good attitude. Answered all of my questions. Terrific technician. Extremely satisfied.
      We have been with the company for I believe over 15 yrs.
      I would highly recommend them.

      The alarm system was installed quickly and the installer explained how to use it very thoroughly. You really don't notice any of the batteries in the windows and the entire system looks fine in our new home! We feel much safer with our alarm installed now!

      Just got off phone with Alert 360. I was informed that i own the Control Panel and all the equipment, installed in my home. So i asked the tech to help me replace Control Panel, since i have same panel, new in box that i would like to activate. The answer was. Pay us $150 for us to send out a technician so he/she can LOOK at the new panel Basically, they are trying to control consumers, replacing panels, adding new sensors etc. They are trying to make a buck out of everything they can, while charging $45/month in subscription costs
