5 starsNew customer so can’t comment on ongoing service. Account manager was easy to work with. Understood my requirements and existing equipment. Installation technician was running late due to complications at another installation but he and the office kept me updated on timing. Second technician assisted to minimize installation time. Very thorough in installation, testing, explaining system operation and cleanup before leaving. Impressive service so far.Alert 360 Home Security
