5 starsGreat system and fantastic service! We have had two minor problems and after calling it in we had a tech over with 48 hours!
System is very very easy to operate and I do it from across the country!
I would recommend this system to anyone that asks. I tried to switch mine at our Michigan residence and unfortunately Alert360 is not here yet!Review fromJaime A

1 starAlert 360 is a scam. DO not use this company. There is another company that sells you the alarm with claims that they wash their hands if in 90 days then Alert 360 will begin billing you for a higher amount than was agreed upon. I had my house up for sale and ask before signing what would happen when it sells because I am moving. They said we will come remove it and put the old alarm system back in at no charge and set it up at your new location so you can take it with you. I agreed and agreed in the pricing but alert 360 after charging 1 month after the partial month they charged approximately but then increased the amount they withdrew. I called they didn’t respond to calls. I tried Fort Knox the sales company when I moved to arrange for moving it they would do nothing and warned me I could not remove it because it was connected and would set off the alarm. I notified Alert 360 again but got the run around referring me back to Fort Knox neither taking responsibility but still billing I did not get the alarm removed but they are still OVERBILLING their charges that have now been. Blocked from the card. They broke the agreement multiple was. I understand the OVERCHARGING is a part of their practice. You will get no response until you no longer have their alarm and they want a greater amount than was agreed upon and NOT a reputable company be sure you look at the reviews there is a reason they are negative. Several filings with the better Business Bureau. I never leave reviews nor have I ever contacted BBB until this. It is now my intent to be certain everyone is aware to prevent further incidents. This company needs to not do business if they can’t handle it in a reputable manner.Review fromJessica H
