5 starsBest Alarm company I have ever used! We have Alert 360 at our company and our home. Installation took about 1/2 a day for alarm and security cameras. The technician Thomas was VERY knowledgeable and very helpful with explaining everything to us before they left. 4 starsMy experience with the salesman over the phone was just okay is why I only gave 4 stars, while I was pleased with my deal, however the technician Colton who came to put up the equipment was awesome! He was very enthusiastic and took time to explain to me how to use my equipment and very patient.
