      I have read the reviews of this company and I concur with what others have said. I have $505+ in my account. My agreement with Credit Associates says I can cancel at anytime without penalty and I would receive a refund of the balance. However, minus any fees due. How do I get my money back? Has anyone attempted to get their money back that is in their Global Holdings LLC account and have been successful? I hope to hear from anyone that has or hasn't and why? Thank you so very much!

      They don't act on your behalf. There more concerned about making a profit off you. Even though your already in a bad financial situation.

      Predatory company. We were told by phone that we would pay not interest and they would handle creditors. well April - Aug still not one of our creditors have been called, then check our balance it was a whopping 190.00 and we have been paying twice a month $300.00. Most of the money went to their "service fees 153.19 , retainer fees 75.99 and admin fees 49.50 and that was each time we put in a payment. BEWARE!!!!

      This company took so much money for its own fees that it never built up enough funds to negotiate with creditors - we ended up losing over $1400 and ended up setting directly with the creditor… Global keep all up front money and did NOTHING. They did repeat over and over and over - it’s in the contract. Lesson learned but hopefully this helps someone else.

      Rip off scam company. They will prey on your credit to secure rip off interest rates and keep your credit score hostage to penny you the death for extra fees. I had a scenario where I was a victim of flood that car was totaled and even had gap insurance but felt the privilege to charge me extra money because of interest and payments not be paid because of the claim. DO NOT LET THEM PRAY ON YOU. They will not give names a d won't have a problem hanging up on you. It has to be a lack of leadership because consistent with putting clients last.

      Received call today asking if I was (they gave me my full legal name). I confirmed it was. they then wanted to know my email. I wouldn't give it out and explained I have had ID Theft and just got of phone with Missoula Sherriff Dept regarding someone using my phone# on hotel reservation along with other people's emails, names & address. Asked her to tell me what email she had on file she said it and I stated it was NOT mine, but I am the only one in World with my name and so I asked her if she would tell me what was going on because I am scared of what someone is doing to me. She was RUDE and said she couldn't give that info out until I can confirm it is given to correct person. I told her my fears of having further issues and she was even more RUDE and didn't care someone was trying to hurt me and my credit, name, etc. I have NO Debt and have ALL my credit frozen. But this agency doesn't care about people being hurt, just their own....if they are even legit.

      I went through Clear One, which is supposed to be a company under Global. They have been taking my money every month and have nothing with my actual debt. I know what's going to happen and am disgusted by these people who would prey on innocent people who genuinely need help. Now I am even further in debt. My 'agent' was available 24/7 until I signed; now I cannot get him to answer a single text to save my life. Red flags everywhere. Hope you scammers sleep well at night - you have no idea what you're selfishness is doing to people. If anyone has any advise on how to stop them collecting payments please let me know!

      Too bad your have to use at least 1 star.
      The GOAT of scams, you pay money for years and they barely settle your debts. That’s after convincing you to let them go into default. Wyolaw LLC, I guess they are in cahoots together. You can do what they did for free.
