      Global Holdings took money from my bank acct, would not return numerous emails and calls about questions I had about the debt consolidation program I was enrolling in, now they wont return my money. They gave me less than half of what they took saying it was for an attorney phone consultation that NEVER happened. I cancelled before I ever got started. When a company wont respond I dont want anything to do with them. I think Ive been scammed as I am a senior citizen. I would never recommend them!

      The customer service *** was so helpful in our time when I was desperate for help. She made it simple. She was very pleasant and I cant thank her enough.

      With any customer support you have every helpful people, and not so helpful. I called twice. Due to confusion. The second time I called I got a women named Krissy she was an amazing help with what I needed. I hope more people get her as a customer support agent.

      Failed to properly put a customer on hold, however pleasant but it was poorly executed. Did not even apologize for just being silent on the other end. Poor phone etiquette. Very disappointing. Unprofessional
