      I spoke with an agent named ******* who tried to help me log in to my account. She was very courteous, yet her assistance DID NOT allow me access to my account. I had to call back, at which time I spoke to *******. She was very thorough and diligent in asking all my security questions in order to verify me. I appreciated her effort. She then most efficiently helped me gain access to my account. She walked me through it step by step so as to make sure everything worked out. She was professional, funny and extremely cognizant of her duties. She is an asset to Global Holdings, and one can only wish there were more ******** in the world ??????
