  This company global holdings LLC is absolutely the worst company ever. I dont even see how they have a business license. They tell lies they try to sell you on products. They told me that I will have a six months process for pay some debt off $6000 or less Here I started the process ran into a financial problem and called them and told them about my financial problem and canceled the service. They told me that I would receive my refund within 24 to 48 hours. I have not received my refund three weeks later here I am on the phone with untrained personnel , thats reading off a sheet of paper and dont know how to answer simple questions. When will I get my return I was told 24 to 48 hours and I have not received the funds yet then someone named ****** got on the phone nasty attitude, so unprofessional I dont see how any of these people got this job , they need to be investigated maybe even audit I wouldnt recommend this company to anybody not even dog p***

  I have attempted to set up my account with Global Holdings LLC. When I contacted their customer support 5 days ago, I was given a user name with someone else's name and not my email but it was associated with my account number.
  Their platform would not allow me to set up my account and kept stating that my email was not associated with this account. I called twice per their platform, waited both times over 30 minutes without any response. I then received an email with instructions which I followed carefully. It still didn't work. They apologised and said technical issues. I asked who the other person was who had set up my account. An email stated it was a technical issue. I then attempted to login. This time it stated "There is no email associated with this account" and it didn't recognise my password. So going from their platform stating another email was associate to the account to now, no email associated with the account.
  Given the wrong user, email, and pw associated with my account number I advised them I was concerned about my data security and that I still can't access my account but I cannot link my email on their platform, it won't allow me to. Two days have now passed since my last email requesting "they" link my email to the account and still no response except an automated message. This is the absolutely worst platform/company I have EVER dealt with.

  They said that they would help me with my credit card and loans but after the first pay two weeks later I canceled and was told I would get a full refund but I didn't and even after I canceled they tried to take another payment from my bank so not that I was out of 830.00 what they charged me but another 30.00 insufficient funds for them trying to take it again then I get a letter in the mail that says my balance is 0 showing fee's that equal to my 830.00. And I give them 0 stars and wouldn't tell nobody about these crooks

  Horrible company! Tried to scam me into making me think that this was part of an onboarding process with a different company! DO NOT TRUST!!!!!!!!!!!

  I used Global Holdings LLC, through ClearOne Advantage to try to fix my credit. I was paying $255 per month. They told me when I made my agreement that they wouldn't collect their fee until my debts were settled, but that was a lie. They paid the debt collectors $5.00 per month while they collected $220-240 for themselves. Now, I have these same debt collectors after me again. The total fees they collected towards this settlement was $1,588.50 while the debt collector was only sent $340 in total. This is only example 1 of 4 of the accounts they "settled" for me.

  My payment date monthly is on the 20th. Today is November 18th, a Saturday. You guys took my payment today and now my account is severally negative. I don't understand why you did this! Monday isn't a holiday, so why??? Why did you do this to my family???

  Company keeps calling even after blocking their number , they call from another number consistently all day at least 10 times or more a day from different numbers . I have told them I am not interested in their services nor do I want it and to take my number off their calling list / logs and to please STOP calling me. I AM STILL receiving calls and just today it's not even 3:00 pm. Calls start as early as 7 am in the morning and I have received 6 calls from them . FEED UP !!!!!!

  I?m wondering how this business has an "A+" BBB rating, with all the negative customer reviews I?ve been reading (and with which I completely agree!!) It?s a scam! Wish I could afford to let them pay off my debts. I now wind up still paying my credit cards they said they?d arrange to be paid for a small fee. So I?m now paying my credit cards AND the Global Holding folks as well. If I could afford to do that, I wouldn?t need their "assistance" in the first place! If it sounds too good to be true, it obviously IS too good to be true. This scam came along at a time when the government has been saying they would help reduce debt for people in financial difficulties. And the agent said this plan was associated with the current government?s (empty) promises, so that *seemed* to validate their claim. I?m no longer convinced that there?s any association at all there, and now I need that help more than ever because, due to this company?s scam, I?m getting deeper in debt. *Sigh*

  My son has fallen victim to this scam as well, but to what extent I do not know. I plan to find out and will start my personal campaign against this scam. I advise each person to contact their local NBC affiliate, as well as contact their local and state Representatives. From what I understand, my son paid into his "account" each month. None of his debt was paid, but fees were deducted each month to the tune of $200. I am irate that this is allowed, and that Global Holdings" is passing the buck to the "Service provider". YOUR name is on this too, and no amount of buck passing will clear your part. If you cared about your reputation, GLOBAL HOLDINGS LLC would work to fix this because its YOUR NAME .
