1 starSCAM SCAM SCAM!!!
They took our money for a year and never contacted us again. Now we’re being sued by our creditors because they’ve never given them any money we’ve paid them. I can’t get anyone to return my phone calls or emails. I want my money back but it looks like we’re $4500 down the drain because they pocketed that and disappeared. Save your time and money and use a real company. Not these frauds. They don’t do anything they said they would do. They’re liars and scammers. They’ll take your money and leave you to dry. We’re even being sued by our creditors cause they do NOTHING

1 starFor over a year I have had money taken out of my account and when I tried o dispute the charges I couldn’t. The bank told me it was because they had a form with my signature. But was not my signature and got my bank info. And when I call GHLLc I’m told they can’t help me because I don’t have a account number. 1 starGlobal client solutions is a waste...They make promises they do not keep and tell you they will cut your payments in half, but come back a month later saying they need more money in your account....Plus they take all their fees up front...You can save money buy just working with the credit card company yourself....Review fromKimberly b

1 starkeep calling under different numbers so I will answer I told them yesterday 3 times in a row to lose my contact information they were not getting my money and i cannot pay due to being on disability and losing my disability. I dont see how they have an A rating when they cant telll you and wont tell you anything without your name by law i do not have to give them any information over the phone. I do not want anymore contact with them at all I am not giving my money or info9rmation out to anyone over the phone anymore

The debt settlement provider you signed up with is the right resource for program specific information, such as creditor settlements, program progress and timeline. Their customer support team can address your questions on your account. Global does not provide the debt settlement services, just the FDIC-insured account and payment processing for the transactions triggered by the progress in your debt settlement program.

1 starI as well contacted the BBB yesterday. I was mislead from an advisor and specifically asked if I could look over details before I joined any program. Never received paperwork, never received account number. They debited my account and I emailed twice, no response and called twice, two different answers and their website is so shady and or the App ,it makes it hard for you to sign in and go on your account. The advisor was condescending, talked down about my husband and actually got personal with me. Very unprofessional. I want a full refund of my deposit. I am not paying any fees for sign up because I did not approve this debit.Global Holdings, LLC

Our records indicate that you have previously contacted Global directly and that on these occasions our Customer Support team correctly advised that since the fee was charged by the Debt Settlement Provider, you would need to speak directly with their Company to request a refund. Our representatives also provided you the contact information to do so.

1 starKind of strange I just checked my bank account. To see how much money was in here. Expecting over $150. No -230. How did you get my account number and my routing number. Not my debit card because I just got this yesterday. And why when it asked for my name. ****** ******! Then I gave them my real email. Now I will call my bank.
