1 starI was assigned to a Law firm in WA state by the name of Lumbino *******. They gave me their phone numbers that they never answered to the calls. Never been able to talk to a person.Poor service. I paid $39.99 two days ago, and cancelled the membership today.Don't waste your time and money at least in the state of **********.Review fromAcacia H

5 starsI've used this service for several things over the course of my long time membership and I appreciate the efficiency and speed in which an attorney responded to my inquiries, It truly helps knowing that I can get legal, professional advice whenever I require the service. 1 starThe Worst Services ever they do not offer you any help I havent been with them no more than a week and got hung up on twice from the lawyers they recommend. This is very very unprofessional and wild to think that they would have lawyers who talk down on clients and people and do not want to help . As i am typing this i am on the phone canceling this service . DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE THIS IS HORRIBLE THEY WILL NOT HELP YOULegalShield

1 starCustomer for years, service has seriously tanked. Although they offer legal services, they really only want to write demand letters and when they dont work, they offer no support. Took a month for me to get a letter written, lawyers were terrible listeners, constantly telling me what I cant do instead of coming up with solutions that helps me get to some form of satisfaction.LegalShield

1 starThis company is very quick to be dismissive to its clients. It's very confusing and difficult to plan around their text messages saying an attorney will contact you shortly but don't give an approximate time so the client can be prepared to speak with said attorney. Apparently, if you miss their random texts they send you an email stating that your case is closed. If you don't return their call within 24 hours then the case is CLOSED???? That makes zero sense to me. I have 2 voicemails (Thursday). One at 11:48am and again at 12:05pm but since I couldn't take the call at those times I contacted him on (Friday) at 1:00pm just to be told my case is closed.....How is that even possible? Two phones calls less than 20 minutes apart is what I received and for that I get a closed case...I'm running a business too and returning phone calls shouldn't be a problem especially within a reasonable time. 24 hours is reasonable...LegalShield

4 starsI've been a Legal Shield member for about 15 years. Several times, the answers they have given for my questions have been generic, off-the-shelf answers that I might have found myself online. But when I needed deeper help or more clarification, they provided answers. In either case, it is comforting for me to know that I don't have to guess at how to proceed with legal issues.
