1 starAfter years of paying the membership monthly fees we canceled the services since we never needed their services. We completed all the required steps and emailed them the information required to cancel. The membership was canceled (or stopped for a couple months) then somehow it resumed... I contacted them again, sent the same email to cancel the services (again) , but in the meantime I was charged about $250 dollars in membership fees that never should have happened. I have emailed them multiple times to get my money back and they do not return my email.

1 starLegalShield is the worst company ever they tried to say that they sent me letters and emails. They never sent me anything to renew my service and they want me to start all over since I was a member from 2001LegalShield
