5 starsA tree fell on my cottage damaging the roof, siding and deck. With all the extensive damage, not one window glass was broken. The only damage was a bent frame on one window. We had Window World replace all of the windows in the cottage in 2007. I contacted them about getting a frame for the damaged window. They sent a representative out who confirmed all that was needed was to replace the window frame. They then found out the company no longer made just the frame for that window which meant I would have to have the whole window replaced. So a whole new window was ordered. They came to install it doing a clean efficient job. There was NO CHARGE since Window World felt sorry that they not longer made just the frame. Needless to say this proves that they stand not only behind their window but on them and they will be the window company I will use and recommend.A truly satisfied customer,******* *****Window World
