5 starsI was provided an estimate and that was the final cost. No surprise charges. Everyone from the office staff, salesperson, and installers were very pleasant and knowledgeable. I had a question about a item stuck on one of the windows that I forgot to point out to the installers. I called Window World with my question and they responded by sending a supervisor and worker to look at the object. It turned out to be a small bit of caulking that they removed and and showed it to me. I was worried I would damage the window if I scraped the item. They explained how to clean the windows if I have a similar problem. I was very impressed with their immediate response to investigate my window.Window World

5 starsWhen they came, they were good. I won't have anybody else put a door in for me. They will be the ones I call from now on. I had another company put in a French door, and half the time I can't get the door to lock, and there's a gap at the top of the door, too.Window World

5 starsThe entire experience with Window World of ********** has been delightful! Everyone was friendly, helpful, polite and very professional. The salesmen were helpful and patient answering many questions. The staff handling appointments and notifying us of the progress of the windows being built were polite and respectful of our time and needs. The measurement and installation appointments went very well. The two men were professional, polite and very careful working inside and outside our home. And, last but not least, we absoutely love the windows! Very beautiful and very cost effective windows. I hope to purchase more very soon!Window World
