5 starsWe purchased all new windows from Window World for our home in 2014 and 2015 (we have SO many windows-over 30- we did it over 2 years to spread out the cost). Honestly, I was skeptical about purchasing from Window World windows. I thought we needed to do Pella or ******** or some big name brand. However, I was so wrong! We have been very pleased with our windows!! Favorite things about them: The quality is great, how you can fold the windows in to clean them is awesome, the customer service is nothing short of AMAZING, the warranty is the best! We have called them 3 times over the past 11 years for small things (torn screen, trouble locking a window). Each time they came out, no questions asked. Every time it has been included in the warranty. The guys that come out are always friendly, professional and knowledgable and they always call ahead to keep you informed on time, etc. We would HIGHLY recommend Window World! We are actually moving next month and will miss our windows!! When we need new windows in the new house, we know who we will call!Review fromJamie C.

5 starsWe have two very large bow windows on the front of our home that were old and failing. Window World made custom windows that fit perfectly and look absolutely stunning. The salesman was highly knowledgeable, and the scheduling staff were extremely accommodating. The install crew is top notch, and professional. I highly recommend for all your window needs.Window World
