5 starsMy new camper arrived yesterday. The driver was very careful with the vehicle, knowledgeable and accommodating, and even helped me put the camper in the garage. The whole shipping process was painless and affordable- I highly recommend Easy Auto Ship!

5 starsEasy Auto Ship was great to work with. They answered all my questions and were very reassuring about the services. The pick up and drop off estimates were reasonable and closely on point. The driver was very good to work with as well. Received the pick up and drop off calls as expected. The car arrived with no issues, just dirty from the road trip, as expected. The prices were very fair compared to others. I would highly recommend them again.Easy Auto Ship

2 starsMy car was suppose to get here in two days and it took over two weeks. They hire out drivers so once the car is in that drivers possession they cannot help you with your car besides calling the driver. In my case, they couldnt communicate with the driver since he did not speak English. I personally had to reach out to him and use ****** translate. The driver kept saying he was broken down.Easy Auto Ship

Thank you for sharing your experience. It looks like the driver broke down on his way to deliver your vehicle which we apologize for however it is something that cant be controlled. It also looks like you changed your delivery address after the vehicle was already picked up which made it a little harder for the driver to do. 3 starsExcellent service and prompt response from my contact agent, Lindsey.
The Transport service did not show up on the scheduled date of pick-up and there was no communication from them that they would not arrive. After waiting 90 minutes I called the Transport carrier and was given a date and time for pick-up. Once I met the driver and the car was loaded, everything went smoothly and the car was delivered at the expected time. There was no damage to the car but the car's exterior was very dirty.Easy Auto Ship
