1 starThis is a terrible company to work with. They quoted me $1100 to ship my car from ******** to *******. I thought it a good price and mentioned it to a friend. They called two days later and were quoted $850. Wait. It gets worse. When they came to pick up my car the driver said because my golf clubs were in the car I had to pay him an extra $100 in cash. I called the dispatcher and he said I had to pay. When they went to pick up my friends car which is heavier and had more stuff in it the driver didnt even look inside, let alone ask for more money. When I called Easy Ship to complain I was transferred to ******* who, in addition to not being helpful, was downright rude. First she said that the company misquoted my friend and didnt make any money on the deal. Then she backtracked and said that the week my friend shipped it just cost less. She had no excuse for why we were charged the extra $100 at pickup and simply said that it was the shipping company and not Easy Auto Ship. In other words, they take no responsibility for their drivers. When I told her this was terrible customer service and I would report it as such on social media, she accused me of trying to extort her and her company. These are terrible people and this is a terrible company. Do not trust them.

We appreciate your review, however you have left out a lot of information. You shipped your vehicle 3 weeks before your friend. That in itself is the biggest part to this review! Our prices change that is the nature of the industry, and we made you aware of that when you called into our company. Had you called in when you got your vehicle delivered and let us know there was an issue we 100% would have done what ever we could have done to make it right. However you waited until your friends car had been delivered and realized they got a lower price then called in and said if we didnt give you that exact same price you would write reviews making sure no one ever used our company again. That was after telling us that the carrier extorted money from you, then you proceeded to call in and do the exact same thing to our customer service department. We didnt make anything off of your friends order because the price they wanted would not have gotten the vehicle moved at that price so we used our deposit to bump the price up to what it should have been to get the vehicle moved. Then you also told us that the reason you were charged so much was because the driver saw that your house was behind multi ,million dollar houses and profiled you. That is 100% wrong, you were charged what you were charged because that is what it costed to move your vehicle at that time and you had weight in your vehicle. It is a federal law that carriers can only have so much weight on their carrier at the time and yours had extra weight that would have cost them a fine had they got pulled over. If you call in today for a quote that amount will not be the same in 2 weeks or 3 weeks or honestly in 2 days. Our piece of advice to take away from this review is that prices are day by day and route by route- we give you the best possible price we can that ensures your vehicle gets moved in the time frame it needs to. And extra weight does cost more sometimes depending on the carrier which we do let you know upfront before you ship your vehicle.Review fromTerry V

5 starsMy daughter has a camper van that she needed to have shipped in a tight turnaround of two days. Easy Auto Ship was able to accommodate us and did not disappoint! ******* was wonderful to work with, the process was quick, and within minutes we had it arranged. The van was delivered as promised, and my daughter was thrilled. I highly recommend Easy Auto Ship and will definitely utilize them again if the need should arise.Easy Auto Ship

5 starsThey were wonderful! They made this transaction easy for me. I was stressed about having my automobile transported across country, but they handled it with ease which took my stress away. I tried dealing with another company earlier and they had me waiting two weeks as I phoned in every other day to find out the status of a carrier. I phoned Easy Auto Ship on a Thursday and they had a carrier for me that Saturday and delivered in the time frame that they said they would, by Monday. It was easy and stress free to do business with them. I'd hire them again to transport another car if I had too.Easy Auto Ship

5 starsMoving a car across country is a stressful experience These folks took my call quoted me a very fair rate made all the arrangements. The car left on time and actually arrived in ********, ****** a couple of days earlier than anticipated..I would recommend them to anyone who needs to move a private motor vehicle whether its cross town or cross country These people are greatEasy Auto Ship

The entire experience was flawless from beginning to end. ******* was my agent, and she was wonderful to work with. She tried her absolute best to get us the best rate. The driver of the transport vehicle was excellent. He was so professional and experienced, and handled our car with the utmost care and attention. We had all the pertinent information on the transport company, and found it easy to contact the driver and dispatcher. Car was picked up and delivered on the exact days we were told.
