  This company is wonderful. With so many scammers it is hard to select. I was recommended this company by a friend who used them in the past. I wanted to ship my car to my daughter over 2k miles away. Easy Ship was on time, kept in touch, friendly driver. Great before and after service. Takes photos keeps you up to date whenever asked. There was no stress, an amazing company to work with when shipping your precious car.

  ******* was very helpful in booking my car transport. However the process she said would happen did not happen. The driver said that the booking agent knows nothing and that he was in charge of the transport and things would happen his way. Ultimately I did receive my car 2 days late after many phone calls with the driver and a lot of stress.

  I used a CLOSED Trailer to travel between Spring, Texas and Gaithersburg, Maryland. The pick up caused the driver to be late but it was due to his first customer. My car shipped on a Saturday and delivered on Tuesday morning as clean as when it left Genesis-THIS is the way to ship your car.
  Lindsey and Precious were FANTASTIC-every question was quickly answered in a cheerful manner. They took their time with a "first timer" like me, and we bonded. They are a great asset to EASY AUTO SHIP. Don't look around-get Easy Auto Ship.

  Easy Auto Ship connected us to a carrier that STOLE our vehicle. We were told so many times they have worked with this carrier previously, they are reputable, etc., but, when we asked for updates throughout the process, we were told to "be patient." It turns out they couldn't get ahold of the carrier. The carrier disconnected their phone number and took our vehicle to ************* (when it was supposed to arrive in ****************--we have vehicle tracking, which is why we were concerned). We had to wait until 4 days after the vehicle was scheduled for delivery (and 8 days without carrier contact) before they recommended we report the vehicle as stolen. As soon as we filed a claim, they neglected to assist in the process and take no responsibility, even though they state coverage of $100,000 per vehicle, background checks, reputable carriers, and a ton of other lies. Their response was, "we are a broker and can only do so much." We can't even file a police report now because you're required to be in-person for that and we've already moved from ** to **. We had reservations throughout the process and Easy Auto Ship kept reassuring us it was fine when it clearly wasn't. We trusted them with a near 6-figure vehicle which costs well over six figures to replace, and we REGRET it. Use someone else if you want the broker to actually provide a service.

  We take this situation extremely seriously and are deeply sorry for the distress you've experienced. That said, we must firmly clarify several critical points to ensure an accurate understanding of our role and efforts throughout this ********** a licensed broker, Easy Auto Ship only works with vetted and insured carriers who meet the industry's regulatory standards. The carrier involved in your shipment had a clean history and had successfully completed multiple transports without incident including prior shipments for our clients. We did not, and would never, knowingly assign a disreputable or fraudulent carrier.When communication issues first arose, our team responded by escalating internally and repeatedly attempting contact. We did not ignore your concerns nor dismiss them. In fact, our advice to "be patient" reflected standard operating procedure when transport delays occur which, while frustrating, are not inherently cause for alarm. Unfortunately, in this rare case, the situation escalated beyond anything our team could have predicted or ************** are correct in stating that we carry a $100,000 contingent cargo policy; however, that coverage applies when the carrier's insurance fails to respond to a valid, documented claim. In order for any insurance or legal action to move forward, a formal police report is required which unfortunately must be filed in person due to law enforcement protocols, not limitations on our part. We did not "neglect" you during the claim process; rather, we were limited by the lack of official documentation needed to initiate and support a claim.We understand the financial and emotional impact this has had, and while we sympathize deeply, assigning full blame to Easy Auto Ship ignores both our legal role and the efforts we made to resolve this situation. This incident is extraordinarily rare and not reflective of the experience we provide to thousands of satisfied customers each year.We strongly encourage any prospective customer to contact us directly, ask questions, and review our protections and processes transparently. We remain committed to service, accountability, and improvement even when a situation falls outside the bounds of what any broker can reasonably prevent.

  You should take this situation extremely seriously, because it is. Its unfortunate that it had to escalate to this level before getting responses from your brokerage. Please see my responses to your points below:1) The carrier involved in your shipment had a clean history and had successfully completed multiple transports without incident including prior shipments for our clients. We did not, and would never, knowingly assign a disreputable or fraudulent carrier.After researching the carrier deeper on our own time/dime (since Easy Auto Ship was not responding or being transparent about the carrier), the involved carrier shows as linked to numerous other accounts where the carrier was labeled as inactive, forfeited existence, and cancelled. In addition, multiple claims were filed against the carrier on 7/19/25, before being dispatched for our vehicle, and a flag that says, THIS CARRIER IS OUT OF SERVICE.This entity has a pending insurance cancellation. Yet, Easy Auto Ship still proceeded with the carrier. 2) You are correct in stating that we carry a $100,000 contingent cargo policy; however, that coverage applies when the carrier's insurance fails to respond to a valid, documented claim.Again, the carriers insurance is maxed out from other claims filed against this carrier days prior to picking up our vehicle. The policy is pending cancellation and we are unable to file against them, meaning we need to file against Easy Auto Ship for the negligence. 3) In order for any insurance or legal action to move forward, a formal police report is required which unfortunately must be filed in person due to law enforcement protocols, not limitations on our part.We spent another $1,000 of our own money and our own time to fly back across the country to file a police report. Easy Auto Ship should be held liable and this situation makes me feel like the broker assisted the carrier in vehicle theft.

  A bit more communication regarding drop off.. we just got a 30 min notice but luckily we were close by. Also, our first ****** up and cancelled. Hopefully they wont do business with that guy anymore. Not ok when a timeline is involved.
