  I had excruciatingly painful experience. I would start by saying that I was lied and given false promise my car will be picked up and will be delivered the next day and to make sure either me or someone should be present at the delivery address.
  Also I wasn't aware that they use broker to transport my car and I found out later the day the car supposed to be picked up. Calling back and follow up was constant till I booked the pick up day and paid the initial payment. Since then, no call were answered and no one to reach to to get my confirmation, status update, and what time the driver will come.
  I informed them that I be will leaving in the afternoon of the car pick up date and gave my car key to my neighbor. No call and no update, and no communication from anyone whatsoever the day the car supposed to be picked up. I kept calling and finally got to talk to someone and that is when the same day I was given the phone number of the broker and I was surprised. When I called the transporter, no transparency and no communication were made between easy auto ship and the broker and they didn't give my neighbor's phone number to the driver. They told they don't know when my car will be picked up or later afternoon and will take 3-4 days. But they never showed up, I called the owner several times and she kept texting "will call back later" but never did once. My car ended being picked up the next day. Still the driver called me and wasn't told that I already left and my neighbor will be present.
  My car came in on the 3rd day, scratched everywhere, and damage to window. I called several times and no answer or call back. I kept calling the next week and I was told the time window has passed so I can't file a claim. I was told they will call back after checking but never called back. So they basically waited for the time window to pass. I felt played. I will never use them and I don't recommend it to anyone. Extremely disappointed.

  When you call into our company we make it very clear that we are a broker not a transporter so all of our customers are aware, Also when your vehicle is dispatched you receive a text from our company with the pick up and delivery date and the carrier's phone number. You received that text that stated your vehicle would be picked up 9/30 and delivered 10-2. 9/30 was the first date of your 5 business day window so getting a driver on the first day of the window is actually us doing our job. We did tell the driver that you are leaving your car with the neighbor or at the dealership that services your car and you would let us know. You never let us know after initially telling us you would. So we sent a driver to pick up your vehicle on 9/30 which you were aware of and he delivered 10/2 as stated when the order was dispatched. I'm failing to see how we lied or misled you or even went against what you were told. Also your vehicle was delivered 10/2 and you didn't call our office until 10/10 stating that you didn't have time to call earlier because you were busy. Our contract that you signed states we have a 24 hour window to report damage and we can make exceptions if you aren't at delivery or it was dark out etc. You waited 8 entire days to report what your saying is a vehicle that was "heavily" damaged at delivery. If the vehicle was heavily damaged i would have reported it at delivery or the very next day not 8 days later. You were made aware of that when you called into our damage claims department. We take damage claims very seriously and 98% of our customers report damage at delivery, or right after or the next day and we open a claim with no problem.

  Very kind and prompt company. My car made it in just about 3-4 days . All the way from *****, ** to *********. I even had a ton of personal belongings inside my car , which of course is nerve wrecking. My car and items arrived in perfect condition with no issues at all. Thank you guys so much !

  My experience with Easy Auto Ship has been phenomenal. I have been dealing with **** *******, who has been wonderful and tremendously supportive. When he was unavailable, others provided the information needed I shipped 2 cars between ******** and ******* My transport to ******* has been the transport from h*** I rescheduled it multiple times due to car issues, dealer lost both sets of keys, backup camera stopped working, air suspension had an issue.He followed up with me often to see if the car was fixed and rescheduled rhe pickup multiple times. I spoke to him so many times, that I feel we became friends The car was supposed to be delivered today. I called the transport company and they left a message that they were closed for 3 days and would not respond until they were back. I called **** and he contacted the main office of the transport company and spoke to someone who provided an estimate as to when the car would be delivered, which was late afternoon or evening.The driver finally called and said he was near my house. I told him I went to the *** in the early afternoon l, when I was told that he was coming later He said that if I wasn't home in 30 minutes, the car would have to be delivered the next day. I called **** and he got on the phone with the transporter to have them wait for me **************** is a core capability with Easy Auto Ship. They take it seriously. Shipping a car is important. Having support is critical I very highly recommend Easy Auto Ship for any auto shipping needs

  These people are not what you think it is talking bout 1100. To get my car from ********** to warrior ******* the said 5 6 days shoot all that a lie I really don't trust what going on they do nothing but tell you this and that now the truck messed up I just don't believe it now call this morning they talking about the lack of communication that lack of communication sure should not be 1100 I just don't feel that I no it got something to do with the seller they can't fool me I no they doing something to it would have been here but I'm just gone say this I'm bout to really get all my cash back its to much to deal with in they took to long to bring it on trust that if you in your right state of mind it takes that long to get to you they messing with it I'm not dumb by a long shoot got right mine to let them keep it to it that simple to no your car in someone else hand you got look at they gone be done hit they home boy drop it by there in then do what they want to with it so what ever they want off it they getting remember they gotta ride to so it that simple to no a good engine shoot that driver in control in you think they really dropping cars off they stripping your it that simple to no the seller in them no each other so if the seller say stall it out drop it by such in such on way let me get that mother better believe it gone be done use your head dont let them play you. It real what telling think about it it a crooked side to every one believe that they not gone sit or look me eye to eye in say they don't fumble with those cars you better believe it real talk only one way to tell. God look at it from my view right or wrong ?

  $1100 to transport a car ***** is actually a ridiculously low price, considering most drivers usually take cross-country trips at .50-1.00 per mile. We are an auto transport broker, not the carrier company who is transporting the vehicle. Their truck broke down, which we have no control over, and that was the reason for their delay. They tried to deliver the vehicle 3 days ago but the driver told us the customer informed him that he didnt have the money to pay for the transport at that time. Instead of putting the car in storage at the customers expense immediately, as is our standard protocol in this situation, the driver left the car on his trailer while he finished his route and will be circling back this weekend or early next week to redeliver as long as the customer is able to pay for the transport at that time. There is no lack of communication. The almost 20 notes on this file over the last week show a clear record of communication between us, the customer, and the driver. Neither ********************** nor the carrier have any connection to the seller in any way other than the driver picking up the vehicle. If Im reading this review correctly, sounds like the customer is planning to commit credit card fraud by doing a chargeback on his vehicle purchase and having the carrier keep the vehicle? And accusing one of our reputable car carriers in our network of running a mobile chop shop? In addition to this completely unhinged and unwarranted review, this customer also responded to a voicemail from our customer service team updating him on his order by sending violent and vulgar threats to our employees company phone numbers via text message and then claiming it was someone else texting from his phone. I can provide screenshots of these texts to the BBB if needed. Honestly this review is hard to interpret and respond to properly, but I can guarantee that no one from either Easy Auto Ship or the carrier company is crooked or working with our customers sellers to intentionally damage vehicles. All this boils down to is the carrier being a few days late for delivery due to a truck breakdown and the customer not having the money to pay for the transport at delivery.

I had an easy, reliable experience shipping my car across the **. ******* was exceptional making the arrangements to ship my car and ****, the driver, was on time, communicative and even delivered my car early.   Such an easy process, driver was extremely communicative and car arrived early. I was really scared because of all the horror stories I've heard about car shippers... these guys are very trustworthy and deliver what they promise.

  Great communication. Very good service and fair price. The contract driver was excellent and very prompt on his planned times. When he did have a tire blow out he called to advise the delay immediately. I will use them again.
