  The shipping of our car from Florida to Virginia went very smoothly. Within a few hours of speaking with Lindsey a shipper was found. The car was picked up the following day and arrived in Virginia two days later. The shipper did a great job of keeping me informed of his progress and of his arrival time. I am already working with Easy Auto Ship for a second time and I am sure this will go just as well as the first shipment.

  Easy Auto Ship was a couple more dollars on the initial quote however the customer service via Lindsay was great and I chose EAS over the other quotes.
  I signed a contract and paid my deposit and off it went without a hitch…so I thought. A few fays before the pickup was scheduled I got a call from Lindsay stating she is having a hard time locating a driver for the quoted/contracted price because of Christmas week. The price got jacked up $300, I was not happy at all!!! I would have pulled out of the deal however I had NO wiggle room as the seller was moving and the truck had to go on the scheduled day. I was stuck and could not rock the boat and loose the truck.
  I will stick by my word and say Lindsay was great and communication was superb. The driver was pleasant and 3 days early (without warning, glad I was in town). The truck arrived in good shape all is well except for $300 I can’t put into the restoration.

Shipping during the holidays is always a ****** and working with a one day window that you gave us made it extremely difficult to find a driver given it was the day after a major holiday- Most carriers are still home spending time with their families after Christmas. We always tell customers to be aware of shipping around the holidays and to expect delays. Having one day we were able to pick up your vehicle and having a restricted delivery window also added to us having a harder time finding a carrier. Adding more money was what got a driver to pick up with the restrictions the order had on it and we apologize for the additional money- had that not happened your order would have been delayed again due to the strict restrictions we had when the order was booked.

  Easy Auto was easy to deal with. No issues with them. But the other company that they contracted out to to actually transport my vehicle is another story. Rude on the phone, and didn't seem to care at all when they were two days late delivering my vehicle. I understand now why this company was one of the least expensive. You get what you pay for I suppose.

  I have been in the car business for over 6 years and have shipped many vehicles. In all my time and of all my vehicles shipped this was the best experience I have had to date. I will NEVER USE ANY OTHER SHIPPING COMPANY! The service from the beginning to my first call with *******, to walking me and the customer through all steps along the way. Great communication and transparency, also the timely manner of the pick up and delivery. I would give 10 stars if possible!! Thank you!

  ******* and ******* were great to work with. I shipped a Jeep from a used car lot with very limited hours and they worked hard to find a carrier and get me my car on time. Will definitely consider them again next time I need a car transported.

  This is our second time working with this vehicle transport brokerage after the first time went very well. This time was not quite as smooth but to be clear, from what I can tell, that is not the fault of the brokerage side (EasyAutoShip). I had the same agent as the first time (****) and he is GREAT to work with! He was as attentive this time around as the first and was very thorough in terms of reviewing considerations to make the transaction go as smooth as ************* is where I hope EAS reads this review and takes the feedback for consideration. The particular driver/transport company that was acquired this time around was not as great as the one from our last move. I got practically no heads up this time around and was called the same day they wanted to pick up. I'll give them points for being willing to be flexible as I was not able to meet at their preferred time (again, given zero notice beforehand). The pick up spot was a shopping center so that there would be plenty of space but with that I couldn't know where in the shopping center he would park. I was there BEFORE the meet time and and parked pretty centrally to keep a look out yet never saw the driver bc he was way over on another side I couldn't see (but it was the exact side I entered myself so I know I beat him there) and they waited 15 mins to call me and seemed annoyed. We were told it could take 2 days for delivery but the car made it to the destination by the next day. The receiving party immediately rearranged his schedule and rushed to do the 2 hr drive to meet only to be "asked" AT THE EXACT TIME THAT THE VEHICLE WAS TO BE DELIVERED if it could be delivered the next morning bc the driver had already parked for the night (don't present it as an "option" if it truly isn't). They agreed for a 7a drop off the next morning and of course the driver was late.Again, NOT the fault of ******* really hope they consider this review if aiming to book with the same transport company again.

That said, we take the issues you encountered with the transport company very seriously. It's clear that the lack of communication, delays, and lack of professionalism from the driver fell short of the standards we expect. While we cannot control every aspect of the transport process, we do hold our contracted companies accountable for their actions. Your feedback about the lack of advance notice, confusion during pick-up, and last-minute delivery changes will be reviewed thoroughly. We understand how frustrating this situation must have been for both you and the receiving party, and well be addressing these concerns with the transport provider to ensure that this doesnt happen again in the future.   I used Easy Auto Ship twice and both times they were reliable and efficient in their service. Although i know there can sometimes be hiccups, i didn’t experience any, Thankfully. My vehicle was picked up and delivered hassle free. I wasn’t the happiest with my quote on the second vehicle but because they delivered my first auto without incident, i chose to use their service again. No regrets and i would definitely recommend them. There are a lot of businesses offering this same service and we all hate when things don’t go as planned but Easy AutoShip served me well.
