1 starAbsolute ***** experience ever. The shipper they hired destroyed 2 of our vehicles, dismantled the electronics in my ******** smashed up our ********* This company is claims they have insurance however the company they hired is not cooperating . So now we have to get a lawyer and **** Over $12,000 in damage and easy auto takes no responsibility other than filing a claim. The driver, delivered our cars a day late also, had no plates on his tractor and a Maine plate ON THE TRAILER ONLY. We then learned the company had had similar incidents just days before. *************************** was the carrier. So when easy auto ship tells you they re fully insured , read the fine print. They will do nothing to help you when your vehicle is destroyed from the company they hired.

We apologize that your vehicles were damaged during transit unfortunately things do happen and a claim was filed as it states in our terms and conditions. We filed an insurance claim with the carriers insurance company and gave you all of the information that you needed, the claim number, the insurance companies phone number and the adjusters phone number. We are not associated with the carriers insurance company unfortunately so we are unable to have any direct access to the claim. Their insurance company has their own policies and procedures that they do when it comes to their claims. You did tell us that a couple days prior to the carrier coming to pick up your vehicles you read a review somewhere that said that particular company had damaged another vehicle and that customer had a bad experience. Instead of calling into our company to let us know this you instead let that company pick up your vehicles. Had we known this we never would have let that carrier pick up your vehicle. We look at our load board reviews from other brokers who have worked with the company and their reviews we dont look at all review sites so if you see a review somewhere and its a negative one we would hope you would let us know. You chose to not call in and let us know and instead let that company pick up your vehicle, that is negligent on your part and you cant blame our company for that especially if you knew 2 days prior to that company coming to pick up your vehicles. They had good ratings from other customers and brokers, they had insurance and have been in business for years so we used them. The carrier is 100% fully insured or we would not have been able to file a claim with their insurance company. We did everything we were supposed to do when we found out your vehicles were damaged so we are having a hard time understanding what you are saying we didnt do. We are not the insurance company we are a broker and are unable to handle an insurance claim and no where in our terms and conditions does it say that we are an insurance company.Review fromUltsses H

1 starI will not recommend the service to any of my friends or coworkers . The carrier failed to pickup on time. Over the replaced carrier was very professional and delivered the next day. Everything went well with the second carrier after they canceled my order.Easy Auto Ship

We reviewed your file and we did in fact get you a driver and you did receive your vehicle. Unfortunately what you lacked to write was that the carrier cancelled their offer because their truck broke down. Unfortunately that is something that happens and can't be prevented and we apologize for the inconvenience. We appreciate you leaving this review so we can educate our future customers on this subject. In this industry unfortunately unforeseen things happen and trucks break down and carrier's cancel. We do everything in our power when that happens to find another carrier for you and it **** like we found one for you *** 3 minutes after the first carrier cancelled and it was picked up the same day as the first carrier was scheduled to pick up and 1 hour after the second carrier called in to pick up the load. I would say that is exceptional customer service despite your review of how we failed!Review fromPamela K

5 starsWe contacted Easy Auto Ship, they told us when the car would be picked up and dropped off. It was picked up on the Tuesday and dropped off on the Thursday. It was from Wisconsin to the East coast. The shipping company was responsive and the car was delivered in perfect condition. This is the second time I used this company. 5 starsFrom start to finish, Easy Auto Shipping was on top of it! My rep. ******* was so kind and professional. I explained that I was moving from the ******* to the west coast and needed reliable, affordable transport service and he provided me with just what I asked for!I didnt feel like I was being hassled or forced to commit to anything. I was given a quote and that quote stayed consistent throughout the entire process. No hidden fees, no additional taxes. My vehicle was picked up a day later than the original scheduled pick-up date but that was fine with me. It allowed me a little more time to finish packing. A few days later, my vehicle arrived after I arrived and it was hand delivered to me by the same driver that picked it up!! He was a very nice driver too! I would definitely use this company again!!! 5 starsUsed their services to move our Volvo S60 from Boston, MA to Houston, TX. Very smooth, efficient and incident free move. Driver Luis was excellent. Kept us updated throughout the move which was timely. On budget, not a penny more. On time. What more do you ask for from vendor in an industry full of “bait and switch”. I asked for and got one price and it stayed. Pickup within 3 days. Car within 5 days (requested by us). Will recommend highly.Easy Auto Ship

5 starsShannon from Easy Auto Ship was very customer oriented and took the time to answer all of my questions in detail. I did not have to worry about anything, and whenever I had a question, she promptly took care of it or found the answer. I was so pleased that I shipped not just one car, but a second car across the country. I will continue to use Easy Auto Ship whenever I need transportation for any of my vehicles.
