    **** with easy auto ship has worked with me on eight transports over the past few years. I will never use another shipper. He is fantastic, deals with issues promptly and always takes care of us. It takes all the stress out of deliveries so that I can focus on what I do. I'd give him 6 stars if I could

    Ive used Easy Auto Ship twice, shipping cars to and from ********** to ******** and ********. It was a great price, really easy to set up, and was seamless. The communication was terrific, the delivery was timely, and the cars arrived in time. I worked with ******* and he was really personable and professional and made the process really smooth. Ive already recommended them to others.

    I called Easy Auto Ship on 12-28-2024. I needed my two vehicles shipped from ** to **. I wanted them shipped on 1-3-2025(Friday). The gentleman that I spoke with stated that he would add Thursday and Saturday to the time frame as well. I asked if my vehicles would be shipped on one of those days, he stated YES. I started receiving text messages, in which I stated that I want to to be called. I even expressed that via email. YOU DON'T DO BUSINESS VIA TEXT/EMAILS EASY AUTO SHIP!!!!!!! I kept getting the generic text: Hi l!. We are checking in to let you know that our dispatch team has received your order and is actively working to assign your vehicle(s) to a carrier that matches your needs. As part of blanks team, we work hand in hand to make sure that everything goes smoothly for your transport. I will be your point of contact for any questions, changes, or updates regarding your order, so please don't hesitate to contact the customer service ***** or email us at customerservice. That message is SO WRONG!!!! It is Saturday and I had to cancel with them. They still wouldn't call me and I just knew that they would not come through. THEY DID NOT DELIVER ON THEIR PROMISE!!!! Because the gentleman stated that my vehicles WILL BE SHIPPED on one of those days. I booked my flight and planned accordingly due to the gentleman suggesting that I book my flight for Saturday(1-4-2025). I had to reschedule my flight and cancel my engagements. This is supposed to be one of ****** "Best Shipping Companies" NO THEY ARE NOT!!!!!!! You wasted my time and money. I DO NOT HAVE A CLUE AS TO WHY THEY ARE SO HIGHLY RANKED!!!! They should be UNRANKED..... THANKS FOR WASTING MY TIME AND MONEY EASY AUTO SHIP..... Oh, to the person I was corresponding with.... Make sure you proofread before you hit send.... That's not Forbes like... LOL!! I wish there was a way to not give any Stars.... YOU DON'T DESERVE IT!!

As for the communication method, while you may prefer phone calls, we have made it clear that we handle most updates via text and email, as these are the most efficient and reliable channels for logistical communication. We also attempted to accommodate your request for a call, but clearly, it wasnt suitable for you. Regarding your flight booking, while we sympathize with your inconvenience, it's not our responsibility to advise you on flight arrangements. We recommend that customers refrain from booking flights or making other firm plans until their shipment is confirmed, as delays can happen in logistics. Lastly, if you feel the need to disparage our rankings, consider that our company, like any business, deals with a range of customer expectations. However, your review doesn't accurately reflect the broader scope of services we provide. We take pride in serving thousands of satisfied customers, and while we regret that your experience didnt meet your expectations, it's crucial to remember that shipping is not an exact science and often involves variables beyond our control.

    We have worked with Easy Auto Ship for years. As a Classic Car Dealership, we have been exceedingly happy with this vendors level of support and quality of service. Any issues that may have occurred (and I can only think of one or two over a 6+ year period) have been quickly and satisfactorily resolved. A shout out to Abby who continues to provide excellent customer service!
