      Worst deliver service and customet service experienced in the last 10 years.1) Damaged a 8ft tall custom pantry on deliver--had to wait 8 weeks for replacement.2) Called 9 times requesting a timeframe for delivery so I could inspect a toilet bought at **********. Gaslighted 3 days in a row while toilet stayed in their warehouse. Told delivery would be between 10am-3pm. Then toilet was dumped 5ft from our mailbox after 8:30pm and left the street overnite with no notification.3) Agents are rude, disinterested, and do the absolute minimum amout of work. They gaslight customers and transfered me 3X on one call saying they had no information. Spent over 2 hours on hold trying to get a delivery timeframe. Working with R+L Carriers is simply not worth it.

      Hello!I am very sorry about all of the trouble there has been with your orders. The local service center manager and director of operations have been made aware of the situation and are addressing accordingly with their team and driver. This is definitely not the standard of service we strive to uphold for our customers and will make sure the proper steps are taken to ensure this type of situation does not happen again in the future.       Toilet arrived damaged--cracked in 3 places. Still waiting for R+L carriers to haul this junk away. Wish I could post pictures of how the toilet arrived.

      Left a $ 1000 heater out in the street. Jeez my 66 year old girlfriend drove 45 miles and brought them in lazy sorry **** people here . It was 2 boxes

      Thank you for getting back to me. As per our conversation I have your tracking number as *********. I'm showing per the delivery photo on file this shipment was left in your driveway. The driver would not have been able to bring it in any closer to the home due to you having a gravel driveway. I apologize again for the inconvenience.

      R+L carriers Denver terminal has amazing caring people. Two in particular are Mandy on the Customer Service line and Anthony who is her Boss. KUDOS to both these employees as they Truly care about their customers and strive to resolve transportation problems. Thank you both *****

      I've contacted R&L Carriers multiple times about a truck driver who claimed his name was "Mark" and I asked for a different driver to come to our place of business, as we usually get shipments from them once a week. I called again today because he showed up and they're now saying his name is "Keith." Whoever he is was rude, disrespectful and literally yelled at me because I wouldn't accept a delivery while I was off the clock on my lunch. Our hours of business are located outside the door and we require a call beforehand where I would tell them our receiving hours and schedule a delivery. He pounded on our door for a minute straight and continued to yell and call me names, R&L has done nothing. I talked to 3 different people about this in dispatch as well as his manager personally and no one has done anything or even apologized for his behavior. I've resorted to the BBB now, if at all possible go elsewhere for your delivery needs, R&L is not a "people business" and obviously don't care enough to hear someone out and take action against this truck driver who is completely unprofessional and disrespectful towards their customers.

      Solar power company stated roof panels were to be delivered today only to be told they were delivered to the wrong address and are now lost. Solar company is sending new panels using a different shipping company.

      Terrible company!! Left a 1000$ grill out by the end of my driveway. No notification absolutely nothing. I live in a rural area and couldn't see it from my house. Could have easily been stolen or ruined by weather. When I contacted them they blamed it on the company I bought the grill from. Stating they only due curbside service. Driver was too lazy to walk a couple hundred feet to notify me. Company could have just sent me an e mail but did nothing. I would find another carrier.
