      The local company is horrible at customer service 10 months later and I am still trying to get items fixed. During construction my house was flooded and still waiting on proper repairs of paint and ceiling. Still need doors and windows fixed. Company is horrible at warranty items

      Thank you Rob and Bill for creating a beautiful enclosed patio for us. Now we can enjoy our patio "bug free." If we decide to expand upon our patio to be able to enjoy it seasonally, we won't hesitate to book with Patio Enclosures.

      I had a pool enclosure installed and ran into an issue with payment because of my insurance company and had the claim go into litigation. I was very transparent with my contractor who subcontracted the enclosure to Great day which was also informed of the situation. They still put a lien on my house and then after I paid them it took them 4 months to release the lien. They never provided me with any paperwork about my warranty or anything. After install there are two beams that are not flush with one another. I reached out to my contractor because I had no way of getting I touch with anyone because no one ever responds. I have already been rescheduled 4 times, all of the appointments were a no call no show. Every reschedule has been an excuse given to me. I am a very understanding person and I understand things happen but 4 times. I dont believe the company only has two technicians to come out and do repairs. This last attempt the reschedule was via email that was sent on 7/7/25 and I was only told the day of the appointment 7/10/25 but with no time range. I replied to the email the same day asking for a time range with yet again no response. Today which is 7/9/25 I have emailed, called (left voicemail) and also texted the number that was used to schedule me the previous times and yet again NO RESPONSE. I am trying to confirm the timing otherwise I will not be taking off work to sit around and wait without a confirmation that the technicians are coming. I have took off work with the previous reschedules and Im not losing anymore time at work. My job entails that if I dont work, I dont get paid. I am not the type of person that ever writes negative reviews because I am a previous business owner myself but this is really ridiculous at this point.

      I had an $18k patio enclosure built. I've had several issues and always have a very difficult time getting someone on the phone to make a service call. I recently had a panel become exposed which shouldn't have happened and finally had someone come out. We noticed other issues which may explain the leaks I started recently experiencing. The service tech was supposed to come back because he didn't have the parts. However, I've called several times to see if he's going to come out and I think he blocked my number. As usual, I'm having trouble getting someone even on the phone to talk about the issue.

      I was amazed at the level of professionalism and knowledge displayed by my design consultant, Mr. ****** ******. He spent almost 2 hours with me explaining the installation process and going over every option available for my space. He answered all my questions and took time to show me diagrams and an extensive cost estimate, which meant my expectations and financial situation. I was very pleased with his work, his attitude, and most of all his ability to tailor my needs to what Patio Enclosures could do. I will a definitely refer this business to my friends.

      Poor communication with customer and apparently suppliers. Parts ordered, arrive with incorrect measurements. Customer is unaware until days before install, and project gets stalled for several more weeks. Contract was signed in February 2025 an in late June 2025, project is not complete.

      I have been waiting for 13 months for Patio Enclosures to START the job at my house. It is one rationale after the other. They state it is engineering or permits, architectural modifications, etc. A mall could have been built by now. Plus, the communication on what is happening is awful. I have contact The City planning **** several times to clarify things, hoping to move things along. My City Council Member and planning staff assure me the issue is with Patio Enclosures. My project is multi-room with a full solarium. I call, text, email even reached out to the Regional manager yet here I am writing the 1st BBB review of my life because THIS must stop. I paid thousands of dollars for deposit. Who is my advocate?
