      Avoid Provia if you’re looking for quality and empathy. Purchased sliders for the patio entrance and when all was said and done, I needed the strength of a tractor to open the latch and springs on the soles of my shoes to jump over the threshold. The fifth attempt to resolve the latch problem provided little to no improvement and that “repair” was done by a rep from the company who said they could do nothing about the very dangerous threshold. A big, big waste of time and money!!

      Hello Ms. ****** - Since your review, we see that our customer service team, ProVia account manager, and the dealer have all been in touch. It looks like the ProVia representative in your area came to your home to make adjustments and confirmed everything was operating properly with your patio door after the adjustments were made.
      Our customer service team was also in touch with your dealer, who said they will reach out to discuss alternative options for ADA-compliant thresholds for your patio door, as ProVia does not currently offer those. If you feel the door still needs adjusted, please let your dealer know when they contact you. Thank you!

      If I could rate them -5, I would. DO NOT BUY their products!!! There is NO recourse with problems AT ALL. They push off manufacturing and production problems that are derived from them on the distributors and installers and refuse to talk to anyone about quality concerns. When I did reach them, they told me that the customers comfort is not their concern. They literally told me that when they sent an entirely wrong door to my house (size, different customer,etc.) We had a big piece of wood on the back door covering the hole and a dysfunctional nonworking door in the front. We were doing an outside project that was time-sensitive with bricks and had to walk a very inconvenient, unlevel way to do our project. When I told them that, they were unconcerned and told me at least I have a door. Wow! At the bare minimum, I expected a DOOR since it was already paid for! Words cannot express my feelings about this company, management, and "procedures."

We have been in touch with the contractor, who confirmed they provided compensation for the inconvenience this has caused you.       2 steel doors with side panels were bought and installed in 2015. 8 years later 2 of the 4 panels started to peel. ProVia says doors are out of warranty because we live in Florida. These doors are tucked back from the elements, facing north, not exposed to direct sun. $14,000 wasted.

We have contacted the dealer you purchased your units from and will work with them in resolving the replacement of this unit under warranty. You should hear from them within the next few weeks.

      We purchased 4 windows made by Pro Via. The company sent a Gentleman out to investigate. He then stated it was the Company than installed them, which was a company That stained our log home and replaced the four windows stating that these windows were great! We called him back to let him know that the profile says the windows are not set correctly. He looked at them messed with one in the dining room, and that was it.! So now it’s winter and the wind is still blowing into our house. We are seasonal here. We happen to stay for the holiday. I want something done to this company. How do I go about this? It is ridiculous. Our house was warmer with our old windows by far.! I only rated them a one because I had to choose to carry on

      We are sorry to hear that your window installation has not yet been corrected. The air infiltration you are experiencing is due to the windows not being shimmed at the time of installation, which resulted in rolled frames. As you stated, this was identified and communicated to you by ProVia’s technician during his visit back in March and the contractor was also made aware of the issue. This is not something that ProVia can remedy because we did not install the windows. However, we will contact the dealer so that they can address the situation with the contractor and work toward a resolution of the window issues for you.

      My front door with side windows and a transit were installed in November 2024. As far as the product is concerned, we are completely satisfied. The quality of the product was as advertised, and we expected nothing less. The installation went smoothly as the measurements were spot on. When I called their customer service, they picked up immediately and fully answered my questions. Our concern was how to attach a blind to the side windows without drilling or nailing into the metal frame thereby voiding the warranty. One suggestion was to nail into the wooden part of the frame. After a trip to the hardware store, it was suggested we use magnets as the door and frame are 20-gauge steel. This seems to work. We are satisfied customers.

      We confirmed our order on 6/12/24 and as of 11/14/24 we still have no windows, doors or siding. No one answers the phone and had to leave a message and no one calls back. Back in June it was to be 4 to 6 weeks to get our windows, doors & siding. So where are they????

      The process of submitting orders is initialized by the contractor to the distributor and then the distributor is responsible to submit the final order to ProVia.       We’ve had Provia windows installed about a year ago. I’ve noticed a difference in the winter that our house is colder than previous years. When the wind blows I can see my curtains moving, that should never happen with brand new windows. They are cheaply made, when you close one window the whole window moves, the locks never line up! Not to say, the screen can easily be moved from the outside so people can climb right into your hose!! I would not recommend these windows to anyone. And yes they fog up a lot too!

      The product of arrived on time it is very beautiful excellent craftsmanship. The color is exactly as presented. The quality is great very strong steel door I love it highly recommend buying from this company.
