"My most recent problems are in regards to a personal project which I installed 2 french entry door systems in a newly constructed pool houseBoth entry doors have a bulge at the latch handle that seams excessive and in fact closes the reveal between the door panels by 50%I called the dealer *** ****** co ***** ** and sent them pics of the issuesAfter a couple weeks I reached back out to *** ****** and was told maybe I need some replacement partsI sent a text to who I was told is the rep for this area and have met on a customers issue prior to this ( **** ******)I asked **** who is also the acc manager for the north east if my issue was normal**** previously told me if I had any issues I could contact him which is how I have his contact info**** informed me (by text which I have) I should read the installation instructions and it should tell me on the box if a bulge is normalIf this is A plus customer service I guess I have been doing it wrong all these yrsI have a total of 4 Pro Via french doors in my home but I purchase their products for my customers as wellThis yr I have purchased approx 12-15 other entry/storm doors andhave been a customer of their products for over 20 yrs buying through different vendorsAs I mentioned I met **** prior to this issue where they installed a plug in a weeper system of a sliding door causing it to back up and leakI was told by **** in front of customer he would help with cost of repairsLater I was told its all on me and I should have removed their plugI install at least 2 dozen sliding doors a yr through another company and have been not only in the window and door business for over 25 yrs I also am a member with the BBB with a A plus record for 25 yrsI have had other issues in yrs past and currently I am reducing my business using their products as much as possibleI guess the value of a repeat customer is not what it used to bethank you**** **** **** **** *************"
