      Great front and screen doors. They are so beautiful and I feel very secure now. The installers were top notch. I did have to wait about 8 weeks and I was told that right up front so that was not a surprise. I was ok with that. I am just so thrilled with my new door and the way it was made to my specifications.

      I am very pleased with the quality of the entry and storm doors i had installed. Had to wait for them to be made right here in the usa. Took 6 or 7 weeks but 1 of my doors is odd size so of course custom made took longer. But the quality was worth the wait.

      I signed a contract on March 10th with a charming salesman, Christian S******. $18,061.00 for 2 ProVia doors, installation was April 1st. The installation was very poor. The front door was not water-tight; in fact, you could see daylight through the threshold. The back doorframe was cracked, I'm convinced the crew knew it at the time, because the the man said, oh **** after the wood cracked. I called immediately, and after 4 days, they came out to fix the front door. The door failed after "Q" left, and someone else came a few weeks later. he fixed only the front door and said they would install a new frame on the back door on April 29th. I asked ********* the other day for a $1000 credit, and I would have the back door repaired myself. ********* refused my offer.
      Today is May 13th, and ********* called this morning to say a person would be out to fix the door tomorrow. I don't know how ********* earned all the 5* reviews? I have heard that some companies have friends and family post on their behalf. I do feel they owe me a refund and a real fix to my doors.

      Hi **** - We're sorry to hear you're not satisfied with the threshold for your door, as it is our standard threshold. We currently don't have an alternative option for a lower one, aside from our ADA thresholds.

      i had these windows put in 2 years ago noticed air coming in around several windows i have been waiting for them to replace them ever since. to top it all off my electric bill has not changed i think i was better off with my 30 year old windows
