November 2020, BBB received numerous complaints, customer reviews and scam tracker reports for L&L Tech Solutions Inc. Consumers allege they have purchased computers from the company, payment has been taken, but the promised email with shipping information is not received. Numerous attempts to reach customer service through phone, email and text go unanswered. Some consumers have stated they receive one email saying there was an issue with the payment department but their product is set to ship in a day. The company tells them they will be giving them priority shipping and they should expect to have the order delivered right away. No complainant has received their order or received a refund.
BBB investigation used Whois.com to discover the website, https://lltechsolutions.com, was registered on October 7, 2020. BBB visited the address found on the website, 1120 N. Wooster Ave., Strasburg, OH 44680 and found the company is not physically located at this address. It is a strip mall with none of the spaces dedicated to L&L Tech Solutions.
As of December 23, 2020, the company is not responding to BBB complaints.
