      After OS became corrupt, all attempts to recover files were not successful. Sent to Secure Data and they were able to recover the files quickly. Although services are pricey, they were able to work with me on flexible payment plans. Drive they sent was encrypted and secured. Could not have asked for any better service. Highly recommended.

      **** was absolutely amazing. ********** and asked all the questions. I lost about 4tb worth of data and they recovered 95% of it. Turn around time was the fastest I seen in the industry. Best customer service. Don't go to the small shops that would peek at your sensitive documents/data. This is a big company, first in the nation to be certified and takes privacy seriously. I sent them my drive and after 2-3 days, a diagnostic was done. It was broken and corrupted. Worst shape possible, still recovered even PAST deleted files. The engineers in the lab are amazing but **** led the way in coordinating the process of shipping my external hard drive to ******** and made the pickup/drop off process as smooth as can be. I have to say if I ever have data loss issues ever again, I wouldn't hesitant to contact Secure Data Recovery. They are the industry's best, and you get what you pay for! It's worth every *****!!! I was skeptical at first too and almost wanted to back out due to pricing but I'm glad it was done in such a quick and professional manner. The whole process was smooth sailing and I couldn't ask for anything better. It was truly unbelievable and trust me I'm the last person that wants to write a length review about his broken hard drive. Just shows the level of competency exuded by **** and the team of workers at Secure Data Recovery out in **********.

      Excellent customer service received. The process was explained plainly and clearly to me throughout the entire experience, and I understood why the hard drive recovery process would cost what it costed and take the amount of time it took. I was treated with respect and patience throughout and got almost all of my data back. **** be returning for future services.

      When I accidentally broke my flash drive, I loss many years of work. Secure Data Recovery was able to recovery my work off the broken flash drive and ship it to me very quickly. I was elated I didn't have to reconstruct the information that I loss on the flash drive. I am very happy with Secure Data Recovery's work and I would recommend them to anyone needing their services.       I was helped by several people including ********************* who did a fantastic job communicating with me about the transportation and analysis of my laptop. Sadly they weren't able to help recover the data, which only makes me more appreciative that the diagnostic was free of charge.

      What comes to mind regarding the service my Family received from SDR is Simply IMPRESSIVE!!! *****, my lead tech advisor was more than patient and understand of Our Families Needs. The data on our now damaged hard drives could not be retrieved without the assistance of a professional technician. ***** and his team went to work with out delay and had results for us in two short weeks! ***** kept me in the loop and provided updates per my requests via email. It was fulfilling to know at each step where my service request was progressing. I shared with ***** not only Great-Job, this was likely not our last visit!       My portable SSD crashed recently. I found SDRS through Western Digital.These guys were fast and knowledgeable. They did everything they promised to do. Leading me step by step through the process and estimates for the data recovery. I would recommend them without question.
