  Everything about the data recovery process was smooth and easy. I worked with ********************* who communicated very well and provided a level of transparency of information that I truly appreciated.   Immediate panic set in as I was no longer able to open or retrieve files from a USB thumbdrive that contained several years worth of professional work. After attempting to retrieve the data with some local tech assistance, we were able to access some of the data, but it was only raw data with no file names. After finding Secure Data Recovery through a quick internet search, they were helpful from the beginning. *************************** walked me through their process with reassurance at every step. Part of the reassurance was knowing that if they could not recover a majority of the data, there would not be a significant financial obligation. ******* was prompt in responses and extended the offer to continue to help and answer questions as I received my recovered data back.   I was very happy with the response from Secure Data Recovery! Once directed to them they responded quickly, and I was able to recover 5 years of client data. I would highly reccomend them to anyone who is in a difficult data loss situation. *** was patient, helpful and made a very frustrating (and terrifing) experience bearable.

  Had my 15+year old hard drive recovered fully which I didnt think was possible especially after taking it to a few other data recovery shops in which they were unable to recover my data in which I barley even had communication with them, but with secure data recovery and team, I got everything on that failed drive *************** and problem free. ************************* Really took time to answer any and all questions I had and was very patient with me and worked with me to get this drive back knowing how much it meant to me.
