  Please dont do business with this company! They have fine print clauses in their contract that will overcharge you and your monthly rate will continue to go higher and higher!

  After three years the price had more than doubled and that was after we had removed some of the services. Was looking forward to saying goodbye and then find out our contract had automatically renewed for another three years - a so-called evergreen clause. I am livid. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. This practice should be illegal.

  AVOID this company at all costs!Dog water customer service. Everything gets "escalated to our manager" and no one follows up. They unfortunately had us locked up in a 5 year contract and completely extorted my family business for minimum 5 figures over the last 4 years.. Their costs magically double every couple years. They are suppose to notify us of any price changes so we can decline them, however they have never contacted me in 4 years about a single price change and just change the price on the invoice as their notification. The malpractice this company does should be looked at by lawyers. Forging my staff signatures on visits to "save time". Charging for product we've not received. The list is endless.

  I'll join the cacophony and agree with what I see written here. We signed a so-called contract for 2 years. Then during the contract period, they jacked up their prices by over 100%. I'm shocked they're still in business. I don't care what they offer you at first; it isn't worth it. Don't sell your soul to the devil.

  The absolute worst customer service on the planet . Absolutely pathetic, rude and unprofessional staff I have ever dealt with anywhere. Currently petitioning my company to discontinue business with this 100% substandard company.

  My business had signed an agreement with the company **** our agreement was sold to Cintas without being notified. We started with them 2 years ago at the price of $160 now we are being charged $322. Prices went up & no one notified us. When mentioning the price increase to **************** they told us it had only gone up only 15% but in reality it went up 100%! Weve tried getting out of our contract because the price had doubled management told us that we couldnt until our agreement expired & the only way we could get a cheaper price was if we signed a new agreement but it would add another year to our original agreement. We were getting charged weekly for floor cleaner, garbage bags, toilet seat covers & not getting them at all! Only for our floor cleaner we were getting charged $200 a month & was never getting filled! I do not recommend anyone this company. We feel scammed & will be getting scammed until our agreement expires!

  My first mistake was ordering anything from Cintas to begin with. My second mistake was ordering additional pieces from Cintas after the first shipment eventually arrived. It's been 3 months now and I still have yet to receive my second shipment. Repeated attempts to contact my ***** and all I get is "I'll look into it". Never again. The absolute worst customer service from any industry I've ever dealt with.

  They tricked me into signing a contract and charged me 200.98 monthly to deliver one gallon of hand cleaner. They come once a month to deliver one gallon of cherry bomb. I could buy the same thing on ****** for 20.00. I have six months left in my contract. This is the worst form of scamming a customer. We used them for uniforms, and our employees paid for the service. Then COVID came; everyone needed to save money, and employees did not want to use the uniforms. I do not need Cintas for anything yet. For 4.5 years, they have been charging me. If I had tried to get out of the contract, I would have had to pay them over 5000 to break the agreement. Be careful what you sign. This company is a shark out to get you, and their attorneys are better than this small woman-owned business can afford to fight.

  If I could give zero start.I would.The management is very failed.All they care about is how many contracts they have signed.NO responsibility,NO service.NO integrity.They will only give you a little benefit when you sign the contract,and when sign it.There will be many traps waiting for you.Prices will rise from time to time.There will be a shortage of items when delivering.EVEN you find out,They give you credit, BE careful,They will give you wrong total.They do not have uniform standards.They will give you different answers.A very bad company.Think carefully before signing a contract.
