I ordered a dress that did not fit and tried to return/exchange and they would not honor because they said v they smelled perfume. The dress is BRAND NEW, never worn and pockets still sewn together.Review from John C

Im going agree with the average 1 star review. Their services are overpriced by a long shot. I blame myself for not shopping around. We contracted for an AED to keep in our business. We were thrilled to get one because we have high risk clientel. Signed what we thought was a fair contract until we compared services. We will pay the retail price of our unit three times before our contract is up. We also thought our staff would be trained under that contract. Nope, they wanted another 5k for the training. we watched ******* videos instead. They offered tolet us pay for the full contract and let us keep the unit. Otherwise, we keep paying and at the end of the contract, it automaticly renews for another year and we still don't own it. My fault, I didn't shop, and didn't understand the contract. It Feels predatory.Review from Colby D

Like pretty much every review here, Cintas is not to be trusted. Stay local and small. They approached my business with a quote and those prices were honored for about six months before they raised prices numerous times over the next 2 1/2 years without any forewarning, including some price increases of over 50%. I routinely did not receive product or service from them and somehow its not a violation of the contract. They will raise your prices, say nothing and then work hard to get your prices back down but you will still pay more. Awful company. Not a single good thing I could say other than the air fresheners smell good.Review from Devin b

BEWARE! This company is designed to take advantage of small businesses. They have you sign what appears to be an innocent service agreement that would be completely unnecessary if they delivered on their service. No business should need a service agreement to supply paper towels. when you go to cancel your account you learn that seemingly innocent agreement has serious repercussions as there legal team threatens you basically to extort thousands of dollars in order to cancel the agreement all over paper towels! The Better Business Bureau should look into these predatory service agreements.Review from Patrick D

If I could give them 0 stars I would. When they approached me to switch service they gave me a quote. That quote was good for one week before I started receiving extra costs, all of which were not disclosed prior to us going with them. Then they start doing a $40 Invoice minimum. Imagine having to pay $40 for a $0.71 charge! We switched companies and they are now saying that we did not return a pair of pants. This has been going on for 3 months. We have called customer service ever month to resolve this, they contact our local rep so that we can resolve...he never picks up and are told that we will be contacted within 24-48 hours (they don't call us back). Now we have $120 in charges for a $37 pair of pants. I don't know how this company has gotten away with this or hasn't been investigated for this scam.Review from Robert S

Cintas Facility Services will promise you the moon then deliver nothing. Was told that the could beat my other vendors prices and and that they would deliver housekeeping products only as needed "making it easy on me".they also told me we could "try it out and see how it goes"Signed a *document for the first delivery to get processed.Instead they wound up over delivering some products and not delivering other.came in at more than twice the price that we had estimated.I tried to work with them to fix the issues but 4 months later it was still getting messed up.when I had had enough and asked to cancel with them I got put on a 2 week run around."let me talk to my boss""let me reach out to our regional sales director"and then the kicker:*That first document I signed for delivery to "try it out"was a 5 year contract.I could ether keep ordering at least one of their products or pay a "fee"Absolutely disgraceful business conduct. If the Sales person shows up for cintas in your building send em packing. On a related note, we had cintas fire protection services in our building and had to let them go in the beginning of 23' because of how badly they dropped the ball too.I thought "different division, different outcome" and gave Cintas Facility Services a chance. As I said: big mistake.Review from Adam P

BEWARE Have you ever been taken advantage of by a dealership/provider/service/restaurant? Have you ever had services done that you did not request or even agree upon? How did you feel when you realized you were being taken advantage of? When Cintas performed my inspection and handed me a $300+ bill I started to wonder?? After looking in to it I came to realize Cintas had never been hired by my complex or even by me! A very cunning inspector walked in to our office and stated he was here for an inspection. Not to offer service or even discuss working for us. Nope, thats what a honest business would do. He just walked in like he owned the place and stated he was here for an inspection. Naively I thought they worked with the fire department or even the complex so stupidly I went along. After completing said inspection the rep handed me an invoice to sign that he had performed such services. THIS IS HOW THEY GET YOU. I questioned the visit with my landlord only to find out they were never hired by anyone. I called cintas and demanded to be sent a working contract that I had signed but after 10 days they sent me nothing. The only thing they did was have a guy named Chad call me up to say that because I signed the invoice I owed the money. He even sounded happy and laughing when I told him I didnt sign a working contract with Cintas and refused to pay. He was happy to remind me that once I signed I was stuck! Is that the type of business you would like to be associated with. One that tries to deceive you and once services are signed theyve got you and you better pay. These guys are dispicable. You know since I realized I never signed a contract and they have been walking in unwanted, not one person I spoke with from Cintas showed concern or apologetic for me realizing they had been taking advantage of me for years. They just figured a way to demand payment while laughing. Sad, very sadReview from David K

Horrible! They do not repair our uniforms with name patches tearing off and numerous times the uniforms are returned without being fully dried! I had no remaining uniforms left from the week before because of all of the overtime I put in so I ran out of uniforms so I had to put on a fresh set just delivered back from Cintas and the uniforms were still wet as if theyd not been dried completely. Not happy!Review from Ilse M

Cintas of Davenport. The worst Customer Service I have ever had. We received mats with curled corners that would cause a tripping hazard at my store. No one would return phone calls until I wouldn't allow the mats to be left.
