5 stars****** explained everything to a "T." The installers did a good job and cleaned up after themselves. When I called that the downspouts attachments were not done. The were installed shortly thereafter. I felt that all who were involved were very concerned about me, not as a customer, but as a friend they were going to do the work for. I highly recommend Leaf filter.

1 starI am so disappointed in my Leaffilter gutters. We built this house 31 years ago and over the years my maple trees have grown so keeping leaves and debris out of the gutters has been a constant battle. My husband passed away in 2023 so all the home maintenance is my responsibility. I decided to get gutter filters so I wouldn't have to worry about this anymore. The first thing the salesman told me was that his product was more expensive than the others but well worth the cost. The salesman recommended that I get new larger gutters and not just the leaf filter. Since my home is 31 years old, I thought that it might be a good idea to go with both. I'm so disgusted with myself for letting them do the gutters. I paid almost $10,000.00 for these gutters. My front porch has two downspouts on the pillars. Instead of continuing the downspouts into the drains in the dirt they put black accordion downspouts. Not just a couple of inches but feet of black accordion downspouts on my cream colored house. It's the very first thing people see when they come to the house. I called the salesman and he told me to call customer service. I did that but it would be at least a month before they could come out and fix it. When they did come out it was the same guys that put the gutters on. He said that was what was on the work order to do it that way. I asked him where on the work order did it say install ugly cheap black accordion downspouts on my cream colored house. They said they would have to talk to their manager and they would get back to me. **************** told me they would bring everything they needed to fix the job. I complained about the installers because they left 15 or 20 stakes laying around the outside of my house. They broke my solar lights. They didn't put things back where they found them and all in all not professional installers. I haven't heard back from their manager yet. We will see what that solves. 1 starI called them to clean my gutters only. The sales person was late but he had called to tell us he was caught in traffic on the highway. We contracted to have the gutters cleaned and the corners, etc., sealed two days from when the salesman came for the estimate. They never came at the specified time. After I contacted them I was told they would be back the next day; however, I was out of the house until 12:30 and they would be welcome after that time. I received a phone call by the cleaner at ten a.m., while I was at work and busy, stating the cleaner was at the house and wanted to start. Unfortunately, I allowed him to start. He was finished by the time I got home at 12:30, nothing had been done to clean any of the leftover debris, there were, and still are, nails all over the ground in places where my grandchildren play. The siding is dirty where the leaves had been blown out of the gutter while wet, dirt smudges all over the windows, leave debris covering the barbeque and smoker. When he returned to get the payment I made him tidy up the front walkway but that was all he did. I have contacted the salesman and the cleaner's supervisor and not received any replies.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

5 starsThe contractor who did the work was very good at his work always explaining what needed to be done. Even though the job took longer than expected due to the weather, both my husband and I were very satisfied with the work. We felt confident that ***** knew what he was doing and was taking his time to do it right. Estimate for work was very reasonable. We were told of any additional work or supplies that needed to be done. We received no extra charges to our original estimate. were Would recommend Leaf Filter to anyone.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

2 starsProduct appears to be quality.Installers were quick and efficient and seemed to have done a good job. Sales process was horrible. Salesman lied about what was going to be done. He told me they were going to remove a downspout that empties onto my driveway and causes ice issues in the winter - the installers didn't do it and said it wasn't in the work order.They called and were told it could be done but would void my warranty. ******** was also all over the place on pricing. Instead of a clear "per linear foot" price, it was "how much were you expecting to pay".LeafFilter Gutter Protection

2 starsPrice is extreme and after signing contract we had questions. We called the ********************************************************** *******. We left message and receive no response to our questions. Overall we are not pleased with the company. Time will tell if the product and warranty are any good. The customer response is poor at best. 5 starsI needed new gutters on a side of an outbuilding that had none previously. I called a number on an ad and was contacted immediately with a person who set an appointment for a consultation. The sales *** was professional, personable and low pressure. He was knowledgeable about the product, didnt try to upswell me more than just what I needed and gave me a really excellent price compared with other bids I got. He allowed me time to finish my research and when I accepted his offer he booked my install very quickly. The installation contractor was outstanding as well, completed the job including clean up of my space where they had worked, and he even pointed out a couple of concerns on my roof that he had seen while on his ladder and gave me suggestions for addressing them.
