3 starsWe had LeafFilter guards installed and financed through their Wells Fargo 0% plan. We had no problem with the product or installation but a boatload of grief from their financing, which was put in the wrong person's name. Over two weeks we called both the company and Wells Fargo bank, through 3 levels of escalation each, to resolve this. No one could help, not their problem, and the sales rep wouldn't answer my calls. Finally paid off the entire loan from our home equity line of credit. Beware!

5 starsMy first contact with the Leaf Filter gutter protection system was a briefing from the company sales **** ************************ **** spent over an hour with me and thoroughly explained all aspects of the product, answered all of my questions and provided a detailed explanation of the process required to install Leaf Guard on my home. We agreed upon a reasonable price and set up a mutually agreed upon installation date & time.On the morning of the installation date the installer arrived, introduced himself and provided a brief explanation of the work that he would be performing as well as an estimate of how long the installation would take.Several hours later the installation was complete and the installer cleaned up all debris and left.Four days after the installation, a quality assurance technician arrived at my home and explained that he would be inspecting the installation to ensure that all work was properly completed. He performed a very thorough inspection, found and corrected a few minor flaws and assured me that the installation was properly done and would provide me with years of trouble-free rain gutter drainage.Several rainstorms since the installation and all of my rain gutters are draining beautifully with no clogs. Also, autumn has begun and the many trees surrounding my home are shedding their leave but none of them are able to clog up my Leaf Filter protected gutters!LeafFilter Gutter Protection

4 starsPresentation was professional and informative. Played telephone/email tag for a month before installation date set.I assume installer did a good job installing, time will tell. However pick up was disappointing. Stray hangers and hardware left on ground which I am still gathering up, even left his 30 ft tape measure in middle of driveway when he left.LeafFilter Gutter Protection
