1 starI can not rate the product as I have yet to get them installed. The rating is for the customer service of the local office and scheduling. We asked to wait a few weeks from when we signed the agreement. Had to pay a deposit but out schedule needed the installation to be in mid to late October not September. We were not called to schedule the install instead when we called to see when found out they put us on a date. We asked for sooner. We were called the night before they wanted to come so we did not confirm as that day was without notice and was not good for us. We waited for the scheduled date and they did not show up. Got a call they would come on a Saturday. They came but could not complete the job because they didn't have the materials needed!!! Had not heard from them and get a call day before again saying they next day. This is not acceptable as we work and can't just call in on short notice for something like this. They showed up anyway but refused the do the work since we were not home. We got a call saying they would come back. We have called numerous times to try to talk to someone and get a message machine or mailbox is full or no mailbox set up. No one returns our calls and they won't answer. I called corporate on two occasions and they were not helpful just we will call them and tell them to call you. If this is how the service is when they can get paid more for completing a job how will the service be when I have a problem that needs fixed (for free) guaranteed. Not Happy!!!!!!!!

3 starsStill "on the fence" here. The job itself looks ok from the street level, but I have no idea whether or not the installers cleaned or caulked the gutters as I was led to believe would be done. The reason: I was NOT home at the time the installers arrived-unknown to me. They did not bother to find out if anyone was home. Had I known they were coming, I could have cancelled my appointment. They arrived 2 weeks earlier than they were scheduled and I had NO phone number to reach them, other than I did receive a voice message that they were at my home and had a problem getting over a fence to do the job! I called back the number from my appointment and was told that the installers WERE indeed able to get over the fence and access to the job.Meanwhile, where I arrived home at around 7 PM Everyone had gone and one of the gutters had not been completed or even started. I called back the number and spoke to a project manager who said someone would be out the next day to finish the job and pick up the check.The project manager came the next afternoon, finished the job and picked up the check. So I will NEVER know if the job was truly done correctly: gutters cleaned & caulked. And to make matters even more complicated. It was only a few days later when I received a knock at my front door a little before 8 AM and yet another crew was wanting to install my Leaf Filter system. I told the man he needed to check in with his project managed-my gutters we completed. He got his ladder, climbed up to inspect and then left. COMMUNICATION seems to be greatly lacking within this company. Too bad because I had high hopes that having Leaf Filter would enhance my property. I guess it's too early to tell if they will work. They system was installed the last week of September 2022. Time will tell if it works. I paid enough as a senior citizen for this product. I can only hope it was worth all the aggravation. No one has ever gotten back to me about this install till thisLeafFilter Gutter Protection

5 starsWe are more than happy and pleased with the Gutter installation of your team, began on Friday 10-14-22, and finished on Saturday 15th. Totally impressed with the professionalism and work done by the 2 man crew who came and got the project started, after their breakdown of their vehicle earlier that morning that delayed the start. Absolutely Excellent work and communication to us on everything, and setting up for the crew that came on Saturday to finish up the gutter installation project! LOVE the work and the gutters look amazing! Again, the quality, work, craftmanship is outstanding, and we are thrilled with the results. Highly recommend!!LeafFilter Gutter Protection

1 starTotal rip off. Way way over priced. The product ruined my soffits.customer service here in ****** ** is a total joke. They never tell you a tech is coming out. They just show up. They look then disappear then another one. The two guys in the office that talk over each other made me feel like it was my fault. They say they call the seems. 1 starThe first rain after installation, we noticed a lot of excess runoff around the gutters (not in the gutters). We also thought that they needed to be resealed and that maybe they were leaking. I called customer on a Monday morning. We made an appointment for someone to come on Wednesday morning. A couple gentlemen showed up Monday afternoon announced. They looked at the gutters and said that the water is running BEHIND the gutters; not into the gutters. So far I cannot get a response from anyone to see if someone is going to fix it... Why have gutters if they aren't installed properly and the rainwater isn't going to run into them... Very disappointed.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

5 starsAs of right now I am very pleased with Leaf Filter. My home is surrounded with these big trees and my roof and yard gets completely covered with leaves. So far I have had no problem with my gutters getting clogged. I am 70 yrs. old and a widow and unable to climb ladders so Leaf Filter has been a blessing.
