1 starFirst of all I was given a quote of a little over $3000.00 to replace fascia boards and gutter. I had one year to decide. I called the ****** office and stated I was willing to have the work done. A different representative came out, showed me their brochure but stated the original quote was no longer available. He quoted me a price of over $4,000. As I felt I needed new gutters I agreed to the price even though my son tried to talk me out of the installation.I had to call the office several times to find out when the installation would take place. Finally after two months of going back and forth with the representative I was finally given a date of installation. However, on that particular day the representative called me and informed me that he had forgotten to include a necessary part that boosted my Billing to over $5000. As the crew had already started the job I agreed. For that amount I thought I was getting the lead guard. No, that would cost me more. So, after all was said and done I still have a job not completed. The gutters leak, all of the fascia boards have not been installed and I have damage to an eve.Needless to say, I have submitted a letter to the corporate office and BBB. Hopefully I will get some satisfaction from one or both.

4 starsRealizing that you cant accept the first price they give youmake sure to haggle to get the correct price. They dont have pricing sheets, which I wish they did. The price quote they gave was $2,400 but the price accepted was $1,049. Big difference.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

5 starsAlthough expensive, its cheaper than having work done in basement to fix water damaged from blocked gutters. The sales rep was professional and said if any gutters leak to let them know. They were very responsive to my issue and were at my house in 2 days, no additional cost to me.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

5 starsThe whole process was great, The installer was on time did a first rate job cleaning the debris left by the roof installers (I did not climb up to check their cleanup, should have.) and my gutter was loaded. Job site was very clean upon completion. The sales rep was extra helpful in explaining the product and materials and how it worked. Best of all he was able save me about $3k. 3 starsSince the installation we have developed two leaks in the corners of our gutters and would like to schedule with the installers to come out and fix the problem. 4 starsIm a bit disappointed that leaves and pinestraw pile up on top of the gutter guard so that when it rains much of the water rolls off the side of the gutters. I was told that it wouldnt do this. I called the company and they sent a really nice man that removed the buildup on top of the gutters. I was hoping not to ever have to bother with the gutters when I purchased the product but, oh well. Thankfully we only have lots of leaves and pinestraw falling just a few months of the year. So far the customer service department has been very nice. Im just worried that they will get tired of me calling every fall.LeafFilter Gutter Protection
